He then spent an hour with me getting to know my medical history and lifestyle, and recommend some treatment options related to my lab results and my concerns. I have great energy now and my mood is consistently much better! I feel confident that I'm in great care, and at age 50, that's very important to me. Dr. Saleeby is very personable and professional. Don't go to this doctor. The office is not responsive to good communication. I had constant…read moredifficulty calling and getting the voice mail with no responses It took many calls over 3 weeks to get my prescribed thyroid medicine called in to my provider. I kept trying to talk to someone in the office but could only leave messages but no response! I did not find Dr. Saleeby compassionate. He increased my thyroid medicine which caused me to be very messed up with rapid heartbeat and fatigue. I had to seek out an endrocrinologist and a heart doctor for help to get back to normal. In order to diagnose my heart condition this caused me to wear a heart monitor for 14 days and have an echo cardiogram diagnostic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. SALEEBY.

It is VERY expensive to walk through the doors but I pulled from savings for my health. I have a complicated fatigue and hormone issue which has made me very sensitive to many chemicals. I was prescribed a few very potent hormones early on; however, when I asked to not add anymore supplements as every one that they tried resulted in an adverse reaction, which further complicated my health, the response was anger. Instead of allowing me to part of the decision making of my care, I was ignored and eventually discharged. I am now without a doctor and am still on these hormones he prescribed. I now have fear I will go through a withdrawal from these hormones and have nowhere to turn. The communication is poor. You are told to email a particular email if you have questions (which I did because I was having bad reactions to supplements and didn't know what to do next) but those emails were not responded to. I asked if we could hold on additional treatments through the nurse one day. She told me the doctor agreed only to change his mind and discharge me through an email on Thanksgiving day. I am told that their office is growing exponentially because of COVID and "there is no time to address my needs" (I was not told this when I signed up). Yes, I emailed often because I was not getting responses and didn't know what to do next. I am the patient and consumer who is paying a large sum to get provided good care. I was instead treated like they were doing me a favor. It is ironic that he has time to respond to every review (google, healthgrades, etc) and post on his Facebook page but does not have time for a patient who trusted him. Hopefully, if you decide to get treated there, you will get better care.

The Practice office manager (Cathy) proceeded to come into the waiting room and inform me that I could not swap doctors (which was originally Catherine Bourne-NP} Particularly upsetting was that this conversation took place in the waiting room, in front of other patients who were sitting and waiting to be called, rather than in a private office setting. I felt this situation lacked professionalism and sensitivity. Additionally, I felt insulted by the repeated statement that "we do not swap patients." The wording itself felt inappropriate and demeaning. Patients are individuals seeking medical care, not objects to be swapped or traded. Throughout the conversation, the office manager repeatedly emphasized that Catherine Bourne, NP, had received many accolades. My concern, however, was never about credentials or accolades. Unfortunately, our experience with Catherine Bourne, NP, was not a positive one, and a previous letter had already been submitted regarding our first visit. At that time, my husband was undergoing both radiation and chemotherapy, and we were already dealing with an overwhelming and emotionally difficult situation. All I wanted was for my husband to see a neurologist who could better understand his condition and provide care that was more compatible with his needs. My husband was experiencing aggressive dementia symptoms, which require patience, understanding, and compassionate care. I understand that physicians may have the right to decline taking on a patient if necessary. However, I do not understand why a patient should not have the opportunity to seek another provider who may be a better fit for their medical and emotional needs.

I was in and out in way less than one hour. This was by far the simplest mammogram I have had and I'm extremely happy with the care provided, as well as my results. The location was easy to find and they do accept United Healthcare.
