This medical practice is right on point. I love my provider, Stephanie Lovato. She is very thorough. Any concerns I have she listens to & dialogues with me regarding them. I must, however, add that the customer service starts at the front desk, where they are warm and welcoming. read more

I was scheduled to have my annual check up during this COVID crisis and concerned that it might be a problem. Fortunately when I called, they mentioned they weren't seeing any potentially sick patients, but only doing routine testing and seeing well patients. That worked for me. Easy to sign in, short waiting time. I was brought back to one of the rooms within 5-10 minutes. PA Lovato went through my vitals and did the physical. All checked out well. read more

Jennifer Stokes is a nurse practitioner and is rude and doesn't listen to your concerns. Never go there.

If I could give less the 1 star I would, back in July my 81 year old mother was sent to another location because NP she sees was on vacation she was diagnosed with sinus infection, 2 weeks later call to make appt with NP because cough still bad, due covid it was a video chat- again given meds for sinus infection and advised to call in 10 days if not better. Called back sent to Tidewatch for chest X-ray, was told all clear and If symptoms continue have endoscopy done- did that nothing. We call 10/19 to make appt and was told due covid protocol don't see patients with cough- well I had to raise my voice and they got her in 10/21. NP comes in and notice weight loss and listens to chest and tells her sounds terrible (no kidding) order her a scan - well two days later NP calls to advise me a large mass was found in her chest and refers to oncologist stat and was told if I don't get a call by Monday to call them back. I call oncologist they state did not receive referral after several calls it was received, she got to see oncologist 10/27 for 1st visit (a week ago). Call her primary for some pain med (which they said they would give) and nurse calls back to state now that she is seeing oncologist contact them. I call them and nurse there says we have only seen her once I said I know but current care provider wants nothing to do with her - ever since July it seems. I get covid protocols but where do you draw the line and treat patients. Coughs don't just come from Covid.. read more

Just walked out of an appointment with PA Lovato because her nurse Rockia Eady was so rude and full of attitude, I could not take it! And when I called her out on it, she denied having an attitude with me as she was giving me more attitude. I communicated properly with the front desk staff and they were very nice. I can't help it that the message and reason for my visit was not communicated properly. That's an internal issue and not my problem. When I told her of the exchange I had with the front desk, she argued with me and told me that the front desk couldn't give me that info.. well Rockia, they did so again the problem is internal and not my issue. PA Lovato is a great PA and I hate that this is who she has representing her! Might want to reconsider your staff as they are a reflection on you. Now that I have walked out.. it will be interesting to see if Lovato follows up with a phone call or even cares about the unpleasant exchange. Update... it's been almost a week and I have not heard anything from the office manager or PA Lovato! I have found a new internist and have requested my records... I have been with them for years... read more

Generally the medicine practiced here is of good quality. The staff are professional and my GP is pretty good. Watch your wallet, however - this office won't hesitate to charge you $172 for an appointment to get a referral to a physical therapist. If you don't have insurance or have a high deductible plan, I'd look elsewhere. read more

I cannot say enough about Erica Roper, PA. She is the best! There has not been an office visit that she hasn't been attentive and caring. She is always willing to listen to your concerns and tries to give you her best advice. Kudos to Erica Roper, PA read more

If I could give zero stars I would. It's unlike me to ever write a review but this has to be shared. I made an appointment for my daughter to see Dr. Lynn Goetz....after 45 mins she storms in the room with as little as an introduction, hey some eye contact would have been nice too. She proceeds to question my daughter on what took her so long to see a doctor concerning her wart. From here she was hostile and condescending. My daughter asked her a few questions and Dr. Goetz couldn't lose her attitude. The entire feeling of the room was that her time was being wasted. Furthermore, I asked if she could look up what shots my daughter needed, she abruptly left the room. I looked at my daughter and we were both shaking from her tone, manner and absolute arrogance. We walk out and I tell her that I hope her day improves. She comes over and my daughter tells her she's taken aback from her unnecessary attitude. Dr. Goetz claimed that we shot demands at her. What demands? Really? She then yells, "You're not welcome here. I own the place. LEAVE!" .....this is the reason our health care is so subpar - we have doctors like her who are money driven, we get it you own the place. Now I have to find a new doctor which is unfortunate because Dr. Stephanie Lovato is truly an excellent Doctor. Worst experience I've ever had at a doctors office. Beware!!!! read more
