I usually love this place but this time was so bad. Dont know her name but I asked multiple times for a soak off and she refused then used a fake nail to attempt to pry my old set off, in doing this she sliced my real nail and bed and i was bleeding a lot. Not a cut like she fully ripped my real nail from the bed and nerves were showing. She then just put alcohol and didnt even wipe the blood before gluing on the new nail. After she made me bleed then she finally decided to soak the rest of the nails off. I asked for Pink, she used this color because to her "it looked better." The gems are completely off center as well. I paid $130 for these and my last two sets from here which were AMAZING only cost $115. I tipped her anyways but are you kidding? Maybe when someone asks for a soak off JUST DO IT!!!!! My nail is still sore and bleeding - will be back just do not want whoever did these nails again. Also, two hours for these is insane.

By far the best experience i've had at a nail salon to date! I got a full set and a deluxe pedicure- Kathy did my nails exactly the way I wanted them and Tony did my deluxe pedicure... incredible. They both took their time and made the services really worth it. I'm weary of nail salons anymore because they're so expensive and I never leave with what I want but this was different. 10/10 recommend!!

Absolutely the worst place of business. We came in for two pedicures and full sets. We drove 45 minutes to their shop, saw the deplorable and unsanitary conditions, and were skeptical of the service, but we were willing to check in due to the review. This is why I am leaving this one now. I did not see any mention of the shopping center conditions or the shop. Two things I would have liked to have been informed of, along with the lack of professionalism, before choosing this place. With so many other extremely clean and professional shops in the surrounding area. They refused to serve us, saying they had no time to do manicures that day or in the days to come. What??? We are from out of town, and NOWHERE does it say an appointment is REQUIRED. I would not recommend this place. Extremely rude and highly unprofessional. read more

The staff is unprofessional! They were eating in front of the clients! Also 2 girls that looked like they hadn't showered or combed their were using the F word loudly! The young lady that serviced my nails was so sweet and nicely dressed...but these other two were truly disgusting swearing and discussing their sexual encounters! I would fire them so fast and I have been a business owner. It was unpleasant and ridiculous. I won't go back! I paid 100 dollars to listen to these low class workers! read more

I am absolutely in love with Palmetto Nails! I'm thrilled to have found this gem of a salon. Most recently, I had my nails done on Saturday, January 3, by Z, and wow, they are absolutely beautiful! Z took her time and was meticulous, carefully pushing back my cuticles and shaping my nails. I'm very particular about my nails, and she did a fabulous job they look amazing and so natural. I've now used several technicians at Palmetto Nails, and they've all done a fantastic job, which I really appreciate. It's great knowing that if one person isn't available, another can provide the same high-quality result. A few notes on pricing and timing: Z has her own pricing separate from the salon. I paid $68 plus a $10 tip for an acrylic fill with a soft ombré and a tiny touch of glitter at the tips ,so pretty! Also, the appointments can take a while. My appointment was at 5:30 PM, but Z was with another client, so she started with me at 5:40 and finished around 7:38 PM. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my nails or the service. I got everything that I asked for with no hesitation. The staff is extremely friendly. The customers are friendly., the staff does not seem annoyed when asked for specific details, the penmanship and patience is wonderful, I've been getting my nails done for a little over 2 1/2 years now and this is by far the best place I've ever ever been. The shop is typical nail shop nothing too fancy and nothing that looks too cheap but the work that the staff does for clients is absolutely perfect.. you know you can go to the same nail salon and get a different person and expect different work at this place and every person that works there is highly qualified and good at what they do. If you're considering giving this place a shot, you should definitely do so! read more

the wonderful lady I had her name is Kathy. I got and pedicure and a manicure. is was wonderful. she paid attention to details. she even asked me how I wanted my nails shaped. The whole staff is very friendly and also greet you when you come in and even ask how you are doing. It's a very nice and pleasant atmosphere and I loved the music.
