This is my second attempt at writing a review, but I'm willing to do it because this place was that good! I came in with my mom and daughter for Mother's Day and I was very impressed. The staff was awesome, the service was great, and there was a chill atmosphere all around. Sai, the nail tech who did my daughter's mani/pedi was super sweet and made her feel like a million bucks! They were very accommodating and even got me in for a last minute pedi even though I only had an appointment for two mani/pedis. Very friendly and clean. Called ahead and an appointment was available within 30 minutes. Urged to try new HyGel nails, which I l-o-v-e! I like my nails short and every tech fights me on this - Nancy did a fantastic job and Sai thoroughly explained the new process and even made a couple examples. Let me start by saying this place is very very clean, it's new, all of the equipment is in excellent condition. I made an appt for gel mani, pedi and brows on a Wednesday after work. When I arrive the place was dead, at least 3 techs sitting around, they close at 7 pm. I arrived at 5:09 pm. Brows done and in the pedi chair at 5:21. There are 3 pedi options, I chose the one in the middle, there wasn't much to this pedi for $45. It was over by 5:56 pm. I've had the basic pedis last way longer, massage was maybe 3 minutes total, I thought the brochure said it was 45 minutes. I Sat for mani, water to soak in was cold, she used the dremel tool which I personally don't like, polish not brought to the edges, was out the door by 6:19 pm. Let's hope it doesn't start peeling. This is the quickest service I've ever had and I've been getting my nails done for 30 years. If it was quick and a good job that would be one this but the quality was terrible and I suspect it's due to her trying to be quick instead of taking time and doing a good job. There was no one in the place so I don't know why she felt a need to rush. Very disappointed I will not go back. 2 star for cleanliness. read more

Felt completely judged and Sui or Sai was completely rude. Could not even make eye contact with me. Love this place very clean VERY Friendly, polite and professional staff. I don't get my nails done often but when I do it's usually at random and they got me right in before I had to be at work. Stopped by here tonight to get a pedicure with my grandma and little sister. The salon itself is so beautiful and everyone is so kind! Michael did my pedicure and he is truly the best I've ever been to, and I've had lot of pedicures in my time. He paid very close attention to detail and really took his time, which means a lot to me, nothing worse than a rushed pedi. He transformed my dry, cracked, and calloused heels! My feet are so soft and he did an amazing job on the french tips. Will definitely be back! read more

I do not recommend this place. My set was done by Nancy. For starters I had to get a "simple set" because she could not do the basic one I originally wanted and showed her. My nails came out crooked, they were not the same length, and after only 5, FIVE days I had nails breaking off and cracking. They look blotchy from all the glue she used for the rhinestones. I paid $95 for this set when I would've paid $20 if I knew this was how they were going to turn out. I called and spoke to the manager and he was very rude and said he can not do a refund or even a partial payment for the poor service. I will not be going back to this place and advise you to do the same. read more

First time there on a friend recommend. I rarely treat myself. Wow this is a great place. Prices are very fair. It's a really pretty place too. CLEAN, clean CLEAN! Shiny floors. Everything feels brand new. Decor is very modern and more expensive looking. Music was perfect and they had a Netflix interesting cooking show on with closed caption. DAHM pronounced like "Dom" ( he says his mother liked to make his siblings names a bit unique by changing spelling) was extremely competent AND really good at his craft. I had the classic pedicure and a regular manicure. Nails look fantastic and they dried like plexiglas. ( no they didn't pay me to say all this ). I just like to recognize good service and great results. Dahm was also engaging and a really nice guy. Sai the manager/owner? VERY pleasant and accommodating. . I will be back for sure! Adore this place! Beyond clean, every tech wears a mask always, and they sanitize your hands before you touch a thing when you walk in. All precautions taken, bright open space, friendly professional staff...my nails always come out perfect (thank you Michael), and so many colors to choose from. Amazing nail salon! Just moved in the area and during the covid 19 situation i was a bit nervous to try out a new spot. They have very safe guidelines that they are following while still providing exceptional service. Temp check right before you arrive, spacing between customers and clean tools being used each time along with disposables. I was very impressed and comfortable the whole time. The front desk person is amazing and my nails turned out good. Do not come here if you don't want to spend almost 2 hours in the nail salon for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. Again my nails look great, but I was in there for so long. At one point my nail tech started doing her own nails while I was sitting at her station. Also there was a nail tech in there who was coughing up a storm and was clearly really sick but he wasn't covering his mouth and didn't have his mask on. read more

I have to say, I am a bit crazy when it comes to my nails, they have to look amazing. I was reluctant to find a new nail tech closer to home but discovered this shop and haven't looked back. All in all I truly hate this place. If you don't care about how your nails look or about waisting your money on a bad experience then go here. They don't care about how you want your nails they just want you to pay and get out. I went the other day and at first it went really well, I was very excited but then it just turned for the worst. They kept telling me they couldn't do what I wanted and then another person took over my nails and told me well it can't be perfect can you just put your nails inside (the gel curing thing I'm not sure what it's called). Sai greeted us we came in (my mother and I); he gave us some good laughs, as well as leaving us feeling fully taken care of customer service wise. I was looking for a salon that didn't use the old style jetted tubs, which can cause infections, and was delighted to see that this one uses the latest technology without pipes. i don't recommend this place. they're nice on the phone and have good customer service but when it comes to nails, i'm good. i left the salon with sores on fingers and messed up acrylics. i chose white for the nail color and she put it on my pinky nail and said "this color is a little too boring" and decided to change the nail color on me. after asking me what shape i wanted my nails, she charged me an extra 5 dollars to have a coffin shape. read more
