I can't say enough about Palmetto Outdoor Spaces! From the first time I met Charlotte when she came over to give us an estimate on screening our upper deck. To the stellar job the guys did installing once I was ready for the installation. Charlotte was so upfront and honest; she shared some issues she had noticed with the structure of my deck, which being a first-time owner of a "new build" I had not even noticed. It took me over a year to get my structure issues addressed. All the while Charlotte stayed in touch with me and assured me once I was ready, they'd come take care of my screens. True to her word, over a year later, the Palmetto Outdoor Spaces installation crew came and did an AMAZING job! These guys even had to duck onto the porch and wait out a huge thunderstorm! A team of four friendly guys installed aluminum screens with high-quality mesh on our patio and now we have a sunroom to enjoy breakfast and dinner al fresco! read more

Purchased ClearView screens back in 2010 for my house in SC. Needed to get some warranty work done and had difficulty getting help from manufacturer. Found Palmetto Outdoor Spaces - what a gem!!! Charlotte was extremely helpful. Even though they didn't sell us the original product she worked with the manufacturer and us to coordinated the return and replacements of both screens. She also rebuilt the internal assemblies to ensure we wouldn't have problems in the future. In summary, the company was extremely responsive, helpful, and wonderful to do business with. We had our porch screened in on our new home. Palmetto Outdoor Spaces was prompt and efficient in the install (with very polite and knowledgeable installers), and extremely affordable. It was a bit difficult getting it scheduled, but with it being Spring, we completely understood. Their office team communicated with us and apologized for the delay. I had appt for Palmetto Outdoor Spaces. They never showed up, never called. I called back and left messages and was told they would call back. They never did. I was told this is a family run business but with service like this, I don't know how they survive. I would not even consider using them. They are totally irresponsible. read more

New Home. Motorized Screen on Porch stopped working. Called several screen companies Jan 18, MLK Holiday. Charlotte (owner) returned my call the next morning and said her son was working in the area and would drop by and see if he could help. Nate came by in short order. First thing Nate said he had no mask. I gave him one and he wore it properly and took off his muddy boots before entering the house. Within 5 minutes he had figured out how to reboot the motor and operate the remote with which he had no experience. He then showed me how to operate the remote, reboot the motor, and gave me a couple of maintenance and operating dos and don'ts. Excellent Service and a very nice and knowledgeable young man. Certainly will use them again when have something major. read more

My research and experiences points to: this Company is second to none in this area. I had a specific project in mind and I changed it three times. Charlotte (owner) was flexible and patient with me. My patio is enclosed with retractable screens so I can enjoy an opened patio when I want. Also, I noticed the screen proof I chose keeps out the wind and dust- how awesome.
