Best Shutters and Blinds came to our house and answered our questions and gave a thorough presentation on the products so we knew exactly how they would look. On installation day, one of our panels was not to their high standards, and instead of waiting to see if we discovered an issue with it, Thomas called our attention to the panel and he reordered it without us asking. His wife in the office works with you to schedule the best (desired) date for delivery. Their son is one of their most conscientious installers; works quickly, neatly, and leaves the work area spotless. Total cost for blinds for a 2-level, 4-bedroom home was better than the builder of our development offered, and nearly half as much as a Costco vendor estimated, plus the quality and function of the Best Blinds product was head and shoulders above other offers.
