My family and I were really thrilled with the workmanship and craftsmanship for very reasonable and affordable prices :) ! And the entire Palo Verde team kept us very well updated with the progress and construction of our homes. As it got closer to closing escrow, we loved especially to work with Gina Valdivia, who not only welcomed us, but who we felt really truly took care of our concerns and was open to any questions we had :D ! During the respective inspections for our homes, Zachary, Alex and Lee were absolutely phenomenal and stupendous, and really paid attention to the details that either needed to be fine-tuned, fixed or repaired :) ! For photos that we needed promptly, these guys were absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable, and provided us with our requested photos as soon as they could prior to closing :) ! I feel truly blessed that I had this amazing opportunity to become a Palo Verde Home (PVH) family and would like to share my experience. I first heard PVH through word of mouth in 2019. All I know is that the builder provides a high quality home. I heard PVH used to provide custom-build home but they no longer doing that anymore. I haven't had a chance to visit any PVH model home until Sept. 2020. It was located in west El Paso Cimmaron Canyon area. First impression, absolutely love it! In late Oct. 2020, I signed the contract with PVH for Acacia CIM (4 bed and 2 bath) ! I feel truly blessed that I got to live in Cimmaron Canyon area. I've been waiting for about 8-9 months for it to be ready. During that period, PVH and real estate agent did a great job keep me informed on construction progress at different phases. I receive quick response whenever I have questions regarding building phase. I've been living in my house for 3+ months. Absolutely love my house! 1) Everything that I selected during color selection process had been provided. There's no surprise during private inspection, home owner orientation, and final walk through. 2) I love the way PVH provided a home orientation video before final walk through. It let us know what to expect during final walk through which make the entire process smooth and efficient! 3) All of the cabinet comes with excellent quality! (I choose brown) 4) PVH did a great job on painting! 5) Absolutely love the upgraded kitchen counter top and upgraded range hood! 6) Love the bathroom materials provided. High end quality! 7) It's an energy saving home which save me lots of money on electricity! 8) Love the basket that PVH provided during closing date. After 17 months we finally have our Palo Verde Home last week! Palo Verde provides homes with a lot of the little things that get over looked by other builders. They're always improving their craft and applying new technology to there home. I'm completely satisfied with my home. Four stars would of been 5 if the communication to the client or the client to the builder would be more efficient. My walk through and final inspection was the best part, I knew my home was in good hands after Alex Balderrama explained and handled all our issues and concerns. Definitely 5 stars to him. I cannot even tell you how amazing Palo Verde homes is! Everything was great! From choosing our colors, watching our home take shape and actually closing. We have been in here for two weeks and if there was a warranty issue they made sure it was taken care of ASAP and ensured that the contractors were there at the allotted time. I did not use their landscaper, I used my own,Los Guerra's Landscaping, so I can't speak about that. Terrible worksmanship. Poor customer service and communication. We bought a new build from Palo Verde and the entire process was terrible. The home was supposed to be finished in September and we didn't close until November. The quality of the home is poor. Most of our windows were scratched. They did a poor job caulking baseboards, tile and windows. The grouting on the tile floors and bathroom has holes and cracks in it. All of the door frames are off and look like they were cut too big as the doors don't cover the frame. They should be embarrassed that this house was so poorly constructed. The majority of the items we marked on our walkthrough to get fixed were not addressed before we closed. Even after moving in it was a hassle to get the warranty department to respond let alone fix anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A HOME FROM THIS BUILDER!!! read more

The home buying experience was good because they were eager to please and make the sale. The repair and warranty department is horrible. First off there is no one one conversation not even over the phone I had to beg to SPEAK to someone. I expressed work that needed to be done and they tried to convince me to accept shotty plumping repairs, door installations that when I called other pros for advise and told it was wrong and later when I quoted other pros advise to the builder they then agreed to send some one to fix it. I am now fighting to get the grass turf done that they won't fix after telling them from day one it was messed up. Now another person is telling me I have to pay. The other guy no longer works there supposedly!!! This has become a nitemare!! read more

We started looking at home builders about three years before we were ready to build. In that time, we went to every Parade of Homes event and saw too many model homes to count. There were certainly other builders who built quality houses and had some design elements that we liked, but we found Palo Verde to have the best mix of attention to detail in construction and tasteful, understated design. We had our home build in 2013, and it ended up being a much easier process than many people had told us to expect. We made all of our selections in a few pleasant meetings, and the house went up really quickly. My office was about a 5 minute drive from our new house, so I came by just about every day to see the progress. Any questions I had about what was happening in the building process were answered without any issue. We felt very comfortable from the first meeting through the day we moved in. The Palo Verde team has also been very responsive when it comes to the warranty. After the big hail storm in Northwest El Paso in summer 2015, we called to see if someone could check our roof for damage. The PVH warranty guy was at our house with a roofer the next day. Thankfully, there was no damage, which is a testament to their quality. More than a dozen houses within a mile of our home had full roof replacements over the next few months. We really love our home and couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. If we ever move, it will almost certainly be to another Palo Verde. read more

Amazing floor plans, excellent customer service! Landscape allowance to pick your own front landscape!

Palo Verde has great homes made with quality; from the dutifully and beautiful exterior to the stellar amount of care and detail inside the home. They have build customs homes, have floor plans for multiple price ranges. The quality and look of the homes are far better than their competitors on every level. My family had looked for a home for almost four months, after our first viewing with Palo Verde we were sure our search for new home had ended. I can't say enough good things about their product and the wonderful people who work for the company. read more

Great homes and buying experience. Overall impressed and can recommend without hesitation. I would have given PVH 5 stars had it not been for the landscaper they contract with. Our only request to landscaper was to follow HOA for our neighborhood, and it's quite clear Forever Green (landscaper) hasn't even looked over requirements, even though PVH stands by them and says they do. Shame on us for not choosing another landscaper, shame on PVH for contracting with them. Buy a Palo Verde Home, but do NOT use their landscaper. read more
