Just got two more shirts done up by these guys, and they are awesome! A minor problem came up, and Sam took care of me immediately. I spent a whole lot of time researching best prices for shirts, and these folks were the most reasonable I've been able to find. I got t shirts once from an online joint for about the same price point, but the quality was not even close to as nice. Beyond that, in terms of customer service, you can't do any better. They have been truly helpful and friendly each and every time I've talked to them. These are my guys, forever. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would... very disrespectful from the word go. Went to pick up an order that was suppose to be delivered to my child's school which it was not delivered. Sam was rude about getting the order and when I asked to be refunded for a missing item that had no time frame of delivery he stormed away and left me to deal with his pleasant wife Jo who proceeded to call me a bitch and told me to leaving the f$&@ing store. BUYER BEWARE!!! This place is HORRIFIC to deal with! Possibly THE worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Ordered embroidered clothes for myself and child for a sports team and it was ISSUE AFTER ISSUE AFTER ISSUE! We waited OVER 3 MONTHS for our order and Sam never even had the courtesy to send an e-mail or make a phone call to let us know what was going on. Sam kept telling us that there were problems with this and with that and just kept giving us the run around! 3 1/2 months later, our order was delivered - AND MISSING AN ITEM. It's been one month since I contacted Sam about the missing item (which he said was scheduled to be done later that week at the time), and have heard nothing. I have used Palomar twice now to print stuff for my start up - a branded table cloth for trade shows and some tshirts for a company outing. They deliver a very high quality final product and are helpful and responsive throughout the process. My only complaint - and this is a small thing - is that they are only open 9-4ish Mo to Fri. This makes it hard for anyone with a full-time real job to stop by before or after work to pick up or drop off stuff. Perhaps someday they can change this. Meanwhile I'll hire them again. Icing on the cake after giving the owner Sam many chances! Beware of deceitful business tactics! Waited for months to get hats embroidered! Constantly emailing, texting and calling with minimal response, often never until I asked another employee to try. Sam kept jacket(s) and hats and claimed to have lost them. He was caught many times lying about the reason for hold up of why we had not seen our jacket(s) or hats. {Sam said product was not received (we had proof of delivery), Art work approved incorrectly (we were given the run around for weeks by Sam to correct art and we don't know that he did because we never got the product)!, Sam said the job was done and shipped 5 days earlier with no tracking. Miraculously, 2 pieces of the 20 were shipped and received AFTER I told him I was to show up with the police & they HAD TRACKING! To complete this nightmare 2 hats that I received were not embroidered as I had stated on my purchase order. 1 of them was crooked. see photo read more

This company doesn't even deserve to have the option of rating it on stars, the fact that i don't even want to give them ONE star (which stands for EEK! me thinks not) should say enough. I work for a company out of Marlborough, and we were having some problems with finding a t shirt company that could fulfill our wishes for t shirts. We started an order back in May with one company, and then things kind of got messy so rather than playing games we tried looking for a new company. That's when we ended up here. I wish I read all the reviews on here before going through with this company because they showed me a whole new meaning of disappointment. I was working with Sam (which it seems that is who everyone works with) and at first I thought I would be really happy with him. He promised me he could duplicate the original shirts we had ordered, at first he was having a little difficulty as the picture we had on the back of our shirt was very detailed. For about a week to a week and a half, Sam kept telling us he needed more time because they were not happy with the artwork they were providing and knew it was not there best quality. We were getting a little annoyed but we were very happy that they werent just throwing anything on the shirts and giving them to me, we truly felt like they cared about our business and wanted to do the best they could. Finally I got the email that my shirts were ready and that I would be VERY happy with them!!!! I drove out to pick them up, and it wasn't until after the lady at the front took my check and applied it to something in her computer that she showed me one of the shirts they were providing us........... I was mind blown!!! The image on the shirts were HORRIBLE!!!! it looked like it had been washed 50 times already and it was a 10 year old shirt. The colors were NOT the colors we had approved on the proof that was sent over, in fact it looked nothing like our original shirts! When I asked the lady about them and why they looked as bad as they did she couldn't answer me because she didn't have anything to do with the production process and Sam wasn't around for me to talk to about it. The lady in front told me I would have to call and talk to him about it because all she knows is it took a long time for them to do. I called my boss, totally annoyed with the situation and when she called over to talk to someone not even 10 minutes later, suddenly Sam was there to talk now..... We were told that they were completely embarrassed that they even let those leave their building and they were going to do all they could to fix them as soon as possible and get them back over to me. My boss had talked back and forth all day with the owner (Jill) who had come to an agreement that they were going to redo our shirts as a DTG (because they believed that's what our originals were) then not even an hour later, Sam sent me an email saying they could not fulfill our order and that they would be reimbursing us and they wanted us to mail the shirts back to them. We were not going to send the shirts back until we got the check back (which only makes sense) we then called them EVERYDAY for a week straight trying to touch base with them to see what was going on, they did not answer a single phone call from us and suddenly there voice mail said they closed at 4 rather than 5 and we still have not seen a check. We began to assume that we were not getting our money back so we started going through the shirts to see if there were ANY we could work with... As I was going through them I was pulling out shirts that still had GLOBS of wet paint on them!!!!!!! Colors that weren't even on our t shirts!!!! There were also shirts just rolled up and when we tried opening them up, the logos were ripping right off...... Once I realized this, it became pretty clear to me that they knew exactly what they had done and they had no intention of reimbursing us. I was totally disgusted with this company after that, I truly believed they were a good company and we could of continued business with them but now I see that this is how they treat all of their customers. I highly recommend that everyone reads these reviews before going through with them and then wisely CHOSE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!!!! Below is a picture of our shirts that they provided us with...... Placed an online order 12/11. Was told would be rec'd before Christmas. Never rec'd shipping confirmation or tracking number. The items were never received!. No response from company to my email. The folks at Palomar Printing have no clue on the basics of customer service. I had Placed several orders over a few years and every order was messed up to some degree in which they somehow made it my fault. The concept the customer is always right does not apply here. I thought your company had been doing this for years! Why would you alter someone's logo without permission to do so? I will never use Palomar Printing again for anything. You were not present when I picked up my order and expressed my concern. Your wife was there. She did not want to help, she wanted to argue about how she thought my logo looked better this way.
