Personal details: I (33M) came to the club with my two friends (26F and 30F) for their first strip club experience. I am a southern boy and both girls are from Asia (I don't want to get too specific about us). I mention this because we are all a bit conservative and I was worried that we might not have a good time or the girls would be treated poorly for being foreign. None of these fears came true. So, I did an embarrassing amount of research about Vegas strip clubs and decided on Palomino because they served liquor and had full nude dancers. The club has great reviews and they are the only club webpage with a FAQ page for and about couples at the club. All that being said, here goes the review. Getting to the club: We visited the Palomino Club on a Friday. I booked a package online for 3 people called "The Pre-Game" for $170 but you had to arrive at the club before 7pm. This price included entrance fee, pick up and drop off at our hotel, two 750ml liquor bottles with mixers and reserved seating. The driver sent me a text to confirm pickup about an hour before my requested time and arrived to pick us up right on time. As soon as we got into the van the driver confirmed our liquor selections and asked which mixers we wanted. The limo van was great and the driver was very professional. We stopped at one more hotel to pick up three more people along the way to the club. The driver told us if there was a line at the club he would take us to the front. The driver NEVER hinted at wanting or needing a tip but we gave him $10 for being so polite. Arriving at the club: When we arrived at Palomino the driver took us into the club and introduced us to the staff (cashier, host and main bouncer I think). We were still early (7pm) for Vegas so there was no line. We showed the staff our ID's and the credit card used to book the trip. Then we were walked directly into the club (by a bouncer) and to our reserved table. It was in a great location and the bottles (unopened) and mixers were waiting for us with a bucket of ice. The bouncer was cool and told us to let him know if we needed anything or wanted to move etc. There were 5 or 6 groups in the club but it was pretty empty at the start. We took the time to move to the stage side seating and that's when the party really started. Our experience at the club: I made myself drinks (the girls don't drink) and no one bothered us about buying more alcohol, although for looks the girls kept drinks in front of them. The host came around every so often to check on everyone. She refilled our ice a few times and we tipped her for the trouble. The dancers never stopped, there was always a girl on stage. Each girl seemed to get two songs on stage before they rotated. There were girls for every type all colors, shapes and sizes. None of the girls pressured us for tips. The strippers we liked we gave more money (everyone got something). My friends got comfortable with the concept of throwing money very quickly. We all had a blast. The first girl we liked came over and asked about us, she seemed comfortable with couples but wanted to make sure she wouldn't offend anyone by offering lap dances . We told her we were here for a good time and no one would have hurt feelings (I think she spread the word). My friend was shy to get a dance so I gave the dancer the $20 to give my friend a dance and the dancer seemed to know what to do. She grabbed my friends hand and took her to the private section (didn't give her time to object... thanks Victoria). We got 6 or 7 private dances throughout the night and probably tossed $300 on stage. Before we knew it the clock said 2am! We were ready to head home. I asked the bouncer about the ride home and he showed me who to talk to. All the limo vans were out at that second but we got one about 5 minutes later. The driver got us back to the hotel and we safely ended a great night in Vegas. How much did I spend?: I have no idea what a typical person spends at a strip club in Vegas. I'm not rich but all three of us have decent paying jobs. I think $650ish for the night was very reasonable. FYI: I paid for everything but the package in cash here's the breakdown. Package $170 Dances $140 Throwing Money $300 Staff/Driver Tips $30 Why did I write this review?: I had a great time with my friends. Everyone was so polite and helpful that I was honestly surprised. I want other people to have an honest review and not miss the chance at a great experience! I expected people to try to hustle us for every dollar and the exact opposite was the case. The dancers were available but weren't pushy at all. When we didn't want a dance we just let them know. If you're reading this and are on the fence or worried about trying the club: don't be! Regrets: We only went one night! We've been giving each other a hard time for not going again before we left Vegas. A buddy and I went here the last time I was in Vegas (January 2016). I came with a budget, $250, and left the rest of my cash in my room. The place is not too big but not too small. There's a large stage area with a bunch of comfortable seats and tables around the stage. Then off to the side is the bar with several high top bar tables. I had a couple drinks to start. Got my usual bourbon and coke, it cost me $12 +$2 tip. Obviously not cheap but for a strip club it's not bad price at all. Plus the well bourbon was Makers! Hell Makers back home is about $8 at a normal bar... so $12 not bad at all especially considering Palomino has a much better view! Only one or two dancers came over and talked to us that first half hour. Which was great because sometimes at strip clubs the dancers hound the hell out of you. I liked that they weren't overly aggressive. So after feeling the place out and having a couple drinks I decide it's time to have some fun. I go up to the stage and watch 2-3 girls perform and YES it is completely nude! (not use to that back home) The dancers are beautiful and the best part was the variety! Blondes, Brunettes, Big Breast, Small Breast, Thick, Petite, White, Black, Hispanic, Asian, ect! I had already predetermined before I went to Palomino that I was going to get a lap dance with a hot Asian woman (I had a hankering, lol. Plus there's not too many Asian dancers back home). And wouldn't you know it, 10-15 minutes after sitting at the stage, a beautiful petite Asian beauty comes and sits on my lap! She was super friendly and pretty much exactly what I was looking for. She said VIP was like $400-$450. I think that was for an hour, I don't remember. As soon as I heard $400 I kind of stopped listening, lol. That is way too much for me. But a regular lap dance is only $20! Probably only negative about the Palomino is the lap dance area is open and not discreet at all. It's in the back of the room and it was a weekday so no one was sitting at the tables back there so it wasn't too bad. The actual lap dance was good. Only 2-3 minutes but that's about the normal length for any regular lap dance. I wish I could remember the dancer's name but she was so hot I end up getting another right after. So I end up spending a whooping $40 for a gorgeous Asian beauty to dance all over me for 5-6 minutes. Money well spent! At this point I had pretty much done what I came to do... a few bourbons, tip at the stage and a couple lap dances with a hot Asian dancer. I still had around $160 left. I was only there a little over an hour but now I was ready to roll out. However my buddy was MIA and then I look over and see his ass going up to the VIP area. So I end up being stuck (not that it was a bad thing) there for another hour. So I go back up to the bar and have a couple more bourbons. The bartenders were a man and a woman, they were super cool and easy to talk to. I still have quite a bit of money, that I planned on spending anyway, so I said the hell with it let's get some more $20 dances. I end up getting a dance with a beautiful Hispanic woman from Puerto Rico... that was fun. Back to the bar, saw the beautiful Asian woman sitting at the bar top table by herself. So I set with her and talked for 15-20 minutes. I didn't get the bullshit "buy me a $30 drink" spiel. We just talked like normal people, so that was cool. After she left I see a beautiful dancer with an athletic tight body and a perfect figure. I'm not sure of her ethnicity, she had light dark skin. I just walked up to her and told her she was gorgeous and I wanted a dance. She laughed and said ok, lol. Man she was so hot, dance was fun too. I end up back at the bar and the Puerto Rican dancer comes up and talks to me. Unfortunately this time I did get the "buy me a drink" spiel. Actually the bartender cut me off (which I thought was hilarious, granted I was really drunk at this point, probably 15 bourbons in counting my pre-game. So I didn't blame him for cutting me off) but he said I can buy the girl a drink. I said yes, that cost I think $25. After a few minutes of convincing the bartender I wasn't driving (which I wasn't) he made me another drink. So I had a drink with the dancer and we chatted for 10 minutes. She was super friendly and easy to get along with. At this point I'm pretty much hammered and about out of cash but my friend is STILL no where to be found. But I still have enough money for 1 more lap dance! So I decide to get a dance with this beautiful, short, black girl with very nice breasts. Super sweet girl, good dance. So finally I see my friend again, good thing cause my cash was GONE! In short, I spent $250 (I lose that in 30 minutes at a Craps table) for 10 drinks, 5 lap dances and 2-3 hours hanging out with gorgeous women. Had a great time and will definitely be back next time I'm in Vegas! One recommendation: I wish there was a more affordable VIP in the $100-$300 range. My wife and I had decided to try out a strip club on Thursday night. I had read the reviews and was debating on the Sapphire and Palomino. I persuaded her to try the Palomino, the only place to get both drinks and watch nude dancers, and was noted for low pressure from the girls. We drove from the strip, really not that long of a drive, and parked in the lot behind the club. Well lit and somewhat monitored via a valet check station at the entrance. We were greeted as we entered the club, mentioned reading the reviews on Yelp and received free admittance. No mention of a drink minimum, but we went straight to the bar anyway for a couple of drinks to start the night. I can tell you the place was packed with very attractive (young to be sure) dancers, with very nubile bodies. We got our drinks and went back out to the floor for table. After just a couple minutes one of the guys, (manager, bouncer, don't know who) got us set up with a reserved table close to the poles. We already had drinks but were approached by a waitress to see if we were good. We watched a couple of pole dances (two dancers on separate poles at a time), and then were approached by a dancer, heavy accent and blonde hair. She started talking to my wife which was good, but immediately started quoting prices for the VIP rooms, which turned my wife off faster than you can blink. We politely said no thank you, we had just arrived and wanted to warm up to the club and the pole dances. To the strippers credit she told us to look for her when we were ready to go for more and left for other prospects. Anther round of drinks and a couple more pole dances, and another dancer approached us, Michelle is her name. Michelle was warm, not pressuring and sat with us to chat and make sure we had a good time. My wife was almost immediately comfortable with Michelle and told her as much. As we talked, Michelle explained the setup of the club, the costs for the different services, and suggested we tour the VIP area to see what it was all about before we made any decisions. No pressure. She sat and talked somewhat privately with my wife, (only because I couldn't hear what was being said 12 inches away, due to the pulse pounding pole music thumping through the club) who was getting more and more comfortable as the conversation continued. You couldn't have staged it any better. We waited until there was a break in the pole dance action, then Michelle escorted us to tour the private VIP area. This is the first time either of us had been to the inner sanctum of a strip club, the Forbidden Garden as it were. Michelle was very open and showed us the rooms which were clean and outfitted with chairs or couches some large for groups and others small and intimate, and one (Michelle's favorite couples room) with a bed. Now when I say no pressure, don't get me wrong, Her job is to make money at and for the club. She suggested that we jump on the "bed" room before it was grabbed by someone else. We hesitated and took a couple minutes to talk, My lady was still hesitant to spend the money for a room. We told her we needed to hold off and go back down to the floor to think it over some more. Michelle was disappointed, but very courteous and escorted us back down. She went to a few other customers and eventually came back, which was good because the place was getting busier as the night went on and the waitresses were at their max, with a 30 minute dry spell on my drink refill. She offered to get someone to top us off and came and sat with us again. Well at some point, the barriers went down for my wife and we agreed to go up to the VIP area, although the 'bed" room was gone. It will be always an unforgettable experience. Michelle was amazing, making sure we each had attention and making sure my wife was completely comfortable with everything she was doing. I can tell you we were both completely happy with the 1/2 hr. private time with Michelle. The only issue was that it went too fast. We finished up and went down with our 1/2 bottle in tow and found our table again, now occupied by two gorgeous young dancers who politely moved for us when we approached. I would not give it any stars, but yelp won't let me put less than one star. We had a group of 14 people ready to go and party there. I called the Palomino 4 times to verify the shuttle information and that there was no cover charge if we took their transportation. I was told there would be a 2 drink minimum, and no cover charge for entry since we were taking their shuttle AND we would not have to stay a minimum amount of time. Looking at the other reviews it looks like the shuttle only runs every 2 hours, That statement is false. I did ask if the shuttle would take us back whenever we were ready to leave. I set up for the shuttle to pick us up at 9:30PM. The shuttle finally shows up at 10PM, there is one couple on the bus besides our group. We get to the club, before we leave the bus the shuttle driver gives us this pitch about "with the large number of people you have, there is no guarantee of seats so I recommend you pay $57 per person which gets you some mini bottles and a couple of large bottles and mixers and a seat. Well with 14 of us that totals $798 which is RIDICULOUS!! The couple that was on the bus with us was all excited to party with us it was Jess's birthday they said. They wouldn't let us off the bus until that couple went in. The couple was probably not happy that the people who were there to party weren't there to party with in the club. So we told the dude we will take a chance on sitting as there was NO SOUNDS OF PARTYING FROM INSIDE and about 6 cars in the parking lot(probably employees). So then they said we would have to prebuy the 2 drinks up front for $30 per person. $15 per drink???SERIOUSLY????? And it didn't matter if it was mixed drinks or beer. This place is a TOTAL RIPOFF AND BAIT AND SWITCH. So we refused to pay those ripoff prices. Walked out the door with our pockets full of money, went right down the sidewalk about 1/4 of a block to Latina's Bonita's(which was all in Spanish, which we don't speak). At the door we were told there is normally a $5 cover but with our large group they let us in for free, no drink minimum. They even moved some tables around so we could all sit and party together. So we drank, partied and spent our cash somewhere that is welcoming. Had a great time and even took a city bus back to our hotel. Great job on stepping over dollars to pick up pennies Palomino club. We had planned on staying and partying it up for hours and spend money (if you don't believe me walk down and ask the manager at Latina's Bonita's about us spending money). It probably was more than the $30 per person the Palomino Club tried to charge us. We just got more bang for our buck at Latina's Bonita's. If you had charged $10 per drink it would have been high, but we would have stayed for for that. Now you just left 14 people with a bad taste in their mouth about the Palomino Club. All of us with Facebook and a mouth to tell other people about their experience. The best free advertising you could have had and were greedy. I too went to this Palomino Club, and never was I ever, as terified for my life, as I was that night. First of all there, this place is located in the ghetto, I'm talking bout, martin luther king blvd ghetto. Then there was a cover for $20, when it said $10 on the website. So fine, $20 was cheaper than the thunder from down under. Then we go upstairs and the place looks like the the most dingiest dirtiest herpes infested room ever, with one main stripper pole at the entrance, a bar on the left (which charges $10 for shots, $6 for beers, which I swear they just reused old bottles and filled it up with beers on tap behind our backs, cuz I never saw them open it up for me, it just magically appeared), small ass tables in the center, fantasy rooms for private dances (I think you can pay them to bone you here cuz lap dances are already free, if he chooses you or you have money in your hand), and another pole in the back for another guy to flop his penis around in hopes that some woman will throw money at him, and a bathroom that has no mirror. Now, the dj/mc, is the funny one. He says things like, "tongue that will tickle your falopian tubes" and things of that nature. The women in there seem like they're either regulars, or sex attics, because although my friends and I were laughing, they had eyes with a rapist wit, and mouths that were full of water, as were their vaginas. Anyways, the first guy, his name was serve, and he came out dressed as a waiter. He walks around handing out flowers then gets on stage and shakes his money maker. Before he's even fully undressed, he pulls out his almost fully erect member and sticks it right in front of your face, and then puts it back in, and continues to "seduce" us women by dancing sexy, but in my mind I am thinking, "why should I continue to watch this dance, if I already saw the goods, or in his case, "the bads". My friend called it "anti-climatic", because these strippers just come to the stage and not even 2 minutes, they're whippin out their mandingos, and then putting it back IN their pants, and dance more, and then pull out again, and repeat over and over, when why would I want to c anymore when I've seen it all. So the strippers are 99% black, and 1 guy was white. Some guys had that penis ring on, but I think they should've shared with the white guy, aka, iceberg, cuz his lil wang failed in comparison to the black guys, and it was flacid and gross. We kinda felt sorry for him cuz no one applauded for him. This show was borderline pornographic, if there wasn't clothing on the woman, then you would be having sex. And don't go if you expect to just "watch" because these guys walk around and start humping you, or spraying whip cream in your between and licking it, or lift you up over their shoulders, cooch to his face. Best stripclub I've ever been to. This place was absolutely fantastic. I pulled into the gated lot and saw armed security patrolling. Big plus there. Also saw a worker escorting a dancer to her car as she was leaving. It was nice to see a club looking out for its patrons and workers. When I walked up to the counter expecting to pay cover, they waived it on account of me being military. Really good impression so far. I walked in and the place seemed really crowded, which brings me to my only gripe. The upper floor is for vip, which is cool, as it gives a really intimate vibe, but between the crowd and all the reserved tables, it took a while to find a seat downstairs. I went and got a drink and waited for a table to open up. If you can get a seat around the main stage, by all means, do it. These girls aren't shy about interacting with you. Throw down some cash, and they'll give you a great show. Lots of eye contact, flirty smiles, and the best dancing I've ever seen. Now for the best part, the ladies. The girls here are super diverse. They are all hot, but there are so many different looking girls there. Pretty much something for everyone. I got dances from 5 girls, and every one of them was beautiful in her own way. Not only were they hot, they were super friendly! I was sitting at the main stage pretty much the whole night, and every few songs, a girl would come by and ask if she could sit with me. They weren't pushy at all, either. Each one sat with me for a while just asking if I was having a good time, or watching the show on stage with me before even bringing up lap dances. Once you arrange a dance, they walk you over to the downstairs vip. Most girls ask you to pay up front, but that was fine because I always got my money's worth. All the girls waited for a new song to start, and a couple even started as soon as I payed, and just kept going through the next song. Also, these ladies know what they're doing. Again, each girl had her own style, some dancing slowly and really sensual, and others a little more rough and wild. They were all really hot. Lastly, I wanna bring up one girl in particular. If you see Angel, GET A DANCE. She was the first girl to sit with me, and I'm glad she did. She has a fantastically sexy British accent, so it was awesome just sitting and flirting for a while. Like the others, super friendly and not pushy. She took me up to the vip, and let me tell you, this woman knows what sexy is. This is an excellent club. Went there on a Tuesday in May at 7:30, there were only two girls working when I got there but by 8:30 that number was up to ten, and then fifteen later on. I should mention this is not a very big club, I was expecting it to be much bigger, but it is only a third of the size club I go to in Phoenix. That of course isn't so important, having a good time is. The place was immaculately clean, and the furniture was in good to excellent condition, unlike some places I've been. Everyone there was friendly and the place is professionally operated. A beer is eight dollars, more than I pay at home, but I'm willing to pay the extra to go to a decent place. My only complaint is: They won't pick you up if your by yourself, not worth their time I guess, so I had to take a cab, no drinking and driving, anyway they charge you to get in, $20 in this case, if you arrive by cab and that goes to the driver right? The $20 doesn't bother me I'd pay that to get in no problem, what does bother me is that this driver tried to talk me into going to a different club, so why should he get extra money?, he didn't do anything to deserve it. The girls were all hot, and the ones that approached me talked for a while before asking for a dance and none were pushy. I had some really fun conversations with some of these girls. One other thing I like is that you pay for the dances up front, some places you pay after and sometimes a dancer will say she did more dances than she really did, this doesn't happen at The Palomino, also you can tip up front which can get you a better dance. A VIP dance is $100 for three songs, $150 for fifteen minutes, $250 for 30 minutes, and there was one more which I can't remember, these rates are posted on the wall, you can also get a dance at the your table apparently but I don't know what they cost. The VIP area has booths with a half circle bench attached to wall and would easily sit four adults, so its not crowded in there. The bench is cushioned all the way around where you sit and on the wall behind your back, it's covered in vinyl and quite comfortable. The entry to each booth is covered with a curtain and is lit by red light. As I stated at the beginning this is an excellent club, and I speak from lots of experience, the service is fast and friendly, the woman are all eights or better at least on this night, and yes I had an excellent time. As I read the reviews of the Palomino, I am always amazed at the negative comments. I know any business can have an off night, but when I read some of these comments I wonder if they are reviewing the right club. I have been visiting the Palomino on a regular basis for the past 3-4 years, so I think I would have an ample opportunity to come across anything negative and I never have. From the ladies to security to the bar staff, I have never been treated with anything less than the utmost consideration. Of course I have my favorite dancer (L, you know who you are!), but all the ladies are attractive, friendly, and above all, fun (M, you are one of the best!) Security is friendly and helpful (E you are a great example of this), and, the bar staff (from C to CJ, to M to A ) are wonderful - I told you I have been visiting for years! If you come to the Palomino with the right attitude, treat people well, you will reap the rewards. It isn't rocket science. Just visited the Palomino again in December. Had a wonderful time as usual, with my favorite dancer L, a great bar (thanks CJ!), and Meeting Keith who is the guy who responds to your emails and reviews. Again, come with the right frame of mind and you'll have a terrific time. Can't wait to visit again in March Just read a review of the Palomino by some guy who calls himself Doctor Strip Club. He is a self-anointed expert who complains about the club being 20 minutes from the strip as though the payoff in terms of dancers, drinks, and staff isn't worth it. Again, as a long time visitor, I can only give my own opinion, which is the good doctor is only purveying unmitigated hoohah. He also talks about the club being in decline over the last three months. What does that mean? Any facts? Any evidence. Am I supposed to believe him or my own eyes? I am so looking forward to my trip in early December to once again spend quality time with people who appreciate my patronage. Had another great time in January. As with so many things, it's the people who make the difference. It is so great to have bar staff, security staff, and of course the dancers, recognize you and make you feel so welcome.
