This office has a bit of a telephone ring around but they return calls promptly. It's difficult to know whether to get a referral to this location instead of another more reliable clinic, without having scheduling information. This clinic won't provide scheduling information, until after they have received a referral. That's a good catch. Once scheduled, if you come in, then they lose your documents. When you schedule for second visit to test again to finally get documents, they repeatedly reschedule your visit then cancel it. Putting time or effort into this clinic doesn't result in diagnostic documentation, it only results in being billed. read more
