I've been to this dispensary a couple of times now…read more I'm kind of surprised that I'm the first one to review it on Yelp, since it already has hundreds of reviews on Google, and appears to have been open for a while. The signage for the dispensary is not great, so it's kind of hard to find. Even though I use a navigator, I've missed it on the first try every time so far. But at least the parking lot is huge, and I've never had an issue parking close up. Staff/security are not visible from the parking lot, but remain in the foyer. The foyer has glass windows so that you can see into the shop before you go in. The selection is okay but not great, and the prices are okay but not great. I would definitely not come here to stock up on a big order, but, in a pinch, I could find something that works. The checkout process here is kind of horrible. For some reason, the staff member who helps you on the floor has to "order" your items on their tablet, and then someone else goes to find them and also has to do their own inventory process, and it just ends up taking a very long time. It's funny because this dispensary is set up like some of the super efficient dispensaries I've been to in SF, but in practice, at least in my experience, they just aren't very efficient. I think the word "friendly" would be a stretch, but the staff are usually helpful. Personally, I get a little bit annoyed by them repeatedly insisting that the prices are low and that the deals are great, because they really aren't. Everything I've bought here has been fresh and has worked as expected. Nothing has been defective so far. Overall an okay dispensary with average prices on average brands.

It took over a month of back and forth BS and lies before they tried to make it right. However, the whole time they were unknowingly sending me CC of their conversations, talking about how I just smoked the trim and want free products. They talked about how I was making things up about the poor customer service. They said some pretty crazy things about me, all based on the fact that I was pissed off for being strung along for over a month when they could have fixed it on day one. They were making all kinds of absurd claims. Talking all kinds of shit on me beccause I was pissed off. Calling me "mentally unstable" and saying other, worse things. I never cared about the product. I care about being lied to and taken advantage of. I've been in the industry for over a decade, and I've NEVER seen such pompous and arrogant people. They are nice to your face, but watch out. They will throw you under the bus to save a few bucks, and they don't give a damn about losing customers. Save yourself the trouble, and shop somewhere else. Use one of the delivery services that dont tax you out the ass, while you're at it.
