I came into the shop yesterday after purchasing an Aspire previously. I've had this vape for about 4 months and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't fill without overflowing instantly. I showed the vape to the owner and asked him if there was a trick to filling this thing, after he tried cleaning it out and realizing it isn't working properly he opened a new one and gave it to me, I love this vape now hasn't backed up on me or leaked at all. I'm so thankful he took the time to look and listen to me because I spent roughly about $100 initially for something that I didn't even realize wasn't working the way it was supposed to. Literally the most mean man I've ever encountered in my life. I bought one pack of cigarettes. He charged me for 3. I explained I only asked for A pack. He literally yelled at me and said it's not my fault you said it wrong. I said I've never purchased 3 packs in my life, why would I ask for 3. He continued to yell at me while pointing his finger in my face. He then slid all three packs across the counter, with them falling onto the floor. I said why are you so angry? why are you yelling at me. He continued yelling and I walked out. It's my fault for not checking the total before paying. I accept that. But the yelling, finger pointing in my face, pushing the packs across the counter at me was the most wild, scary, unprofessional experience ever. I'm sure this establishment has cameras and I pray the owner reviews them. if this was the owner, that's even more wild. I will tell literally every local that I know to never go there again. I have bought items here twice. My first purchase was a bong and while the bong was fine it was definitely overpriced. The main issue was my second purchase. I bought the best torch they had which is called Maven Ultra for $60 and within 24 hours, a piece fell out of the torch that caused it to fail. I brought it back to them and instead of replacing my brand new faulty torch, they popped the piece back in and gave it back to me. Now I am having to pop the piece back in every time I take a dab because it is not secured. Out of principal I won't go here anymore. Middle eastern scammers. read more

Went in to buy a vape and the employee told me the price which was 35$ still pretty expensive but decided to buy it, after i swiped my card i saw it was 45.99, which was way too much to spend on a vape asked the employee if i can get a refund 5 seconds after i swiped my card and saw the 45.99 and told me no refund, got into a argument with the employee because he originally told me 35 and it came out to be 46 told me because of the taxes and asked him why couldn't he just been straight forward with me about it being 46 and was told it was not his problem. As an avid cigar smoker I walked into their humidor and was almost offended with how badly the cigars were being treated, the humidity was so high I could barely breathe (and I live in South Florida) lol causing a number of the Cigars to basically be squishy which is absolutely unacceptable. Additionally the prices were so high it was laughable. As I had no other option I bought a couple of cigars that looked to be half smokable and unfortunately, they were not, due to the excessive humidity then bringing them out into the California dryness they were basically unsmokable they had been so badly stored that it was like smoking straw. $53 for 3 $9 dollar cigars, more fool me but I wanted to pre-warn anyone else read more

Mammoth Smoke Shop - Great selection & humidor on point 1/'24 - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Mammoth Lakes, California

NO MASK REQUIRED I walked into the store and an older man was at the counter without a mask talking up a storm to the masked employees for 5 - 10 minutes. We kept our distance from the front of the store clearly uncomfortable, then the guy steps aside 2 feet away from the register and I'm asked if I can be helped. At this point I'm confused why I have to be next to the unmasked gentleman. Finally 15 minutes in the store with the guy I say I'm just going to leave, are you guys not going to say anything to this guy? The guy gives some shit half ass apology, saying he "forgot". So that would mean the employees never said anything to him about the mask during his full conversation that was happening before I came into the store. The employees apologized to me and said they don't tell patrons to wear masks because "sometimes they're rude, like he was to you", I left the store before the guy who "forgot" his mask came back in, but my partner finished checking out. The real kicker is that the store employees apologized to the guy without a mask for MY behavior. Unreal. Don't go here if you're at risk or have family members who are at risk. The store is doing doing the most to protect bigots during the pandemic, not those who could die. read more
