I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

After having a phone conversation, I wanted to meet with Tyler in person to discuss and decide if Graham team was the right PM for me. At this point I liked the reviews and the phone intro from Tyler. i sent a text to Tyler to arrange in person meeting , and confirmed that i was visiting. Everything sounded good... Until i traveled to Las Vegas on the day of the meeting in the morning. I drove about 6 hours from Cali to meet Tyler and contacted him 2 hours before our meeting to ask if we can meet earlier since i arrived earlier than expected. The text i received was nothing but utterly unprofessional and upsetting to me. Tyler responded via text that he wasn't sure if i was coming or not for some reason. Im coming from Cali and driving back and forth for 12 hours, so I had to plan my day a week prior and wanted to make sure this meeting was accomplished. The text response was nothing but upsetting and shocking to me because Tyler assumed that i was not coming, rather than following up via phone call or even a text 1-2 days before meeting to confirm the meeting.
