Merely 12 days later, he is now set up with a lovely studio in a nice building, one block from the train in Sunnyside for $2,100. The moral of this story is as "professional" as the professionals may be, consult more than one. Some are more open, more nuanced, more willing to find solutions and more apt to think creatively than others. Find the individual realtor and the real estate firm that best fits your outlook.

Don't think that you as her client will be her priority; you will probably meet with her once. Every step of the process is delegated, which gets very frustrating when you want a clear straight answer and it takes several phone calls because every move still has to be approved by Pam. We thought she had enough experience to have insight to the market value but she proved to be inconsistent with her suggested list price, moving up and down from her original assessment. After making the recommended upgrades and spending over $10,000; we were ready for her professional photographer but we were derailed.
