Hence before wasting anyone's time and asking for a walk thru ...we had additional questions... basement is listed ... no photos... do we really have a basement.. will it pass FHA financing requirements as FHA isn't on the lending list. So long story short ...we are choosing to move onto other homes and the owners of the blue farmhouse house on 30 acres in Tuscola TX just lost a full price offer, we were not even going to ask for a reduction in sale price we liked it that much !
