So of course, I had to make an appointment with her, after seeing other Dermatologist that have fallen short of treating my skin condition. She's very detailed in her examination and in the way she explains your condition and ultimately the treatment. She takes her time and talks to you like you are more than a patient. "Like Family". Her care doesn't end at the office, she follows up with you to make sure everything is going well through every phase of the treatment. She's like the Britannica of Dermatology, literally. It's always a pleasure seeing her and listening attentively to her diagnosis and recommendation which leads to a great outcome.

My issue began in 2020 at age 22; I started to notice a slight increase in pimples (my guess is due to a rise in stress levels). Then, in 2021--soon after I began taking Whey Protein and overusing products in response to the increase in pimples--LOTS of little flesh colored bumps began to appear on my face. There were too many of them to control, so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Goldwasser. I told her everything that had been going on and what I had been doing, which she recorded, and in response gave me very knowledgeable/helpful feedback. She knew right away what she was looking at on my face: Comedonal Acne. Warning me that it would take some time, she promised that she would transform my skin, writing a plan out that included some diet advice and great product advice. Her promise speaks through my after photo, which you should see for yourself attached, as I am so happy! Furthermore, I loved the products that she recommended so much, that I continue to use them to this day. Thank you Dr. Goldwasser, you are a truly iconic doctor, the BEST dermatologist :)

Dr. Newburger had been highly recommended to me through many sources and I now know why. I had been to numerous physicians who were baffled by my symptoms, but after spending some time speaking with me and after a very thorogh exam, Dr. Newburger diagnosed my problem almost immediately. She is the only Dr. who I feel really listened to me and had the intelligence to put it all together. Her caring manner and great sense of humor really put me at ease. What a great find! This is what corporate takeovers of medicine care has brought us to! I guess if they keep patients away from dr interactions they make memore Money!! i went for an annual skin cancer screening a little over a week ago. A skin cancer screening is…read moresupposed to take at least 10 minutes and most of the time a lot longer. My regular dermatologist routinely checks all areas of my skin, inch by inch while wearing a light/magnifying apparatus on her head. She checks my entire body including scalp, ears, fingers, between toes, etc. My regular dermatologist also gives me time for any areas of concern. Dr. Yalowitz was very casual and dismissive in her 5 minutes (at most) skin cancer screening telling me "you're good" without examining 75% of my body. I now have to wait until February 2024 for my "annual" cancer screening with my regular dermatologist because I can't trust the diagnosis Dr. Yalowitz's made without checking most areas of my body. This is extremely disappointing and possibly dangerous.
