We've flown LATAM on both visits to BA and I just want to work in a special recognition for that airline because they rock! The desk agents are super nice and the airline itself has a great business class product with awesome food! Okay, back to the rest of the airport- I have to also give kudos to the assortment of food options here. There are plenty of quick grab and go options as well as sit-down fare.
Once you clear passport control, you emerge into a huge duty-free shop, so if you need to kill some time, they have plenty to things to look at and potentially purchase.
You can also find lounge options as well. There's a Star Alliance Lounge as well as an American Express Centurion Lounge, and they're right across the hall from each other.
Restroom facilities are also plentiful throughout the airport and well maintained.
Overall EZE is a nice airport- it's about as stress-free as international travel can get, and it's clean with plenty of shops and food options to pass the time.
