Or not, because my previous vet refused to trim his nails the last time I brought him in.

The service and care we received was better than good. The rabbit was discovered to have a respiratory infection and he was prescribed medications for his condition. However when it came time to treat our new pet, we were told, "We're not taking any new patients." We confirmed that even though we are an established customer we were being refused service. We will no longer be contacting this vet for any future needs.

We have a cream golden retriever (8 months old still a puppy) that we boarded here for 12 days because my husband and I went on vacation. We decided to end our vacation 2 days earlier and picked up our dog. We got charged for 10 days and I left them a good tip knowing that they took good care of our baby. We finally got to see him and to our surprise he was covered with pee and smelled horrible. The pee was something that has been on him for days, maybe even from the first night he was there. Before that The lady told us "Just to warn you he peed himself a lot, I was gonna spray him off but you're here so I apologize". And she told us "He chewed on his harness". Showed it to us and asked if we want to toss it and we couldn't think and just said yes. We were thinking after they let him have it and let him chew it. I don't even know if he ate part of the harness. The part of the fabric strap that was attached to the body was frayed and chewed completely thru. They gave us his stuff including toys and blanket that we provided to them. When receiving them from the place everything was soaked with pee that they had to put it in a garbage bag for us to take it home. We went home and gave him a bath and saw some nasty dirt all over his body. Even after the bathing the (dirt or whatever was found shown below in the hand) has not completely come off even with a thorough brush. We called the owner and she said they are sanitary. You could see on the pictures yourself how unsanitary their facility is. It just upsets us so much that we had to see him like this. The owner was not apologetic at all and keeps on telling us that they are sanitary. If we didn't end up our vacation earlier we won't see what state he is in. The owner was comfortable with our dog sleeping in his pee and did not once attempt to wipe or clean our dog even though he was covered in pee. It breaks our heart. They claim that they care and they are up to "standards." Everything shows in the photos and it's not something we're just making up. I don't want other dogs to experience what our baby experienced. Please stay away from this business.

Appreciate not having to jump through Tech hoops to prove that I am worthy of poor dogs that have need of companionship and familial integration. Real human beings here. I take one Star off only because it aint the Ritz (reasonable county budget priorities in play here I assume) and I hope it never does become that with soulless mechanical stuff shirts bureaucrats with their data points defeating and hampering the very purpose of these saving, rescuing places.

We've had bad experiences at large shops, where there are too many cooks in the kitchen, and not everyone is on the same page. Her work is consistent and we have great trust in her abilities and her love for our dogs. She understands specific breeds, like our Bichon Frise, but is good with every sort of dog. We have two pretty girls, Dora, and Ivey, and our little boy, Tucker, that can't wait to get in the door on grooming day. Then they come out looking magnificent.

They left the fur around her head and bit on her tail, so she still looked like a dog and not like a shaved rat, as she had previously when all of her hair was cut off to the skin. So either it was a different groomer or they are just improving. Although my mother is well into her 80's, they forgot to give her the senior citizen discount, because she failed to request it while paying. We learned all discounts must be asked for at the time of payment, or you don't get them. This place also sells pet foods, a few live animals, toys, and other pet products. They're a very small store, but worth going into if you're nearby.
