I also watched the staff interact with dog owners there for boarding, grooming, and/or daycare. You can tell they love their job and the animals they care for! I've worked with animals for 15 years, and knowing someone will care for my own pet the way I would is priceless.

We have a cream golden retriever (8 months old still a puppy) that we boarded here for 12 days because my husband and I went on vacation. We decided to end our vacation 2 days earlier and picked up our dog. We got charged for 10 days and I left them a good tip knowing that they took good care of our baby. We finally got to see him and to our surprise he was covered with pee and smelled horrible. The pee was something that has been on him for days, maybe even from the first night he was there. Before that The lady told us "Just to warn you he peed himself a lot, I was gonna spray him off but you're here so I apologize". And she told us "He chewed on his harness". Showed it to us and asked if we want to toss it and we couldn't think and just said yes. We were thinking after they let him have it and let him chew it. I don't even know if he ate part of the harness. The part of the fabric strap that was attached to the body was frayed and chewed completely thru. They gave us his stuff including toys and blanket that we provided to them. When receiving them from the place everything was soaked with pee that they had to put it in a garbage bag for us to take it home. We went home and gave him a bath and saw some nasty dirt all over his body. Even after the bathing the (dirt or whatever was found shown below in the hand) has not completely come off even with a thorough brush. We called the owner and she said they are sanitary. You could see on the pictures yourself how unsanitary their facility is. It just upsets us so much that we had to see him like this. The owner was not apologetic at all and keeps on telling us that they are sanitary. If we didn't end up our vacation earlier we won't see what state he is in. The owner was comfortable with our dog sleeping in his pee and did not once attempt to wipe or clean our dog even though he was covered in pee. It breaks our heart. They claim that they care and they are up to "standards." Everything shows in the photos and it's not something we're just making up. I don't want other dogs to experience what our baby experienced. Please stay away from this business.

Hillview allowed me to bring him in for a "Happy Visit" so that we could get acquainted. They were prepared with lots of hot dog chunks and cheese, which of course made my dog VERY happy. I feel very relieved that I have found a vet that will not just shove a muzzle on my dog and "get sh*t done". Or not, because my previous vet refused to trim his nails the last time I brought him in.

The service and care we received was better than good. The rabbit was discovered to have a respiratory infection and he was prescribed medications for his condition. However when it came time to treat our new pet, we were told, "We're not taking any new patients." We confirmed that even though we are an established customer we were being refused service. We will no longer be contacting this vet for any future needs.

Pippa, my cat, is not the friendliest kitty, but Kerry won her over right away. It was so nice to get up to date pictures of her visiting Pippa and knowing that she was happy and healthy. I have only had the opportunity to use Kerry's service once becuase I moved outside of her travel area but I follow her on social media and see the pets that she visits over and over again and you can tell that they are super excited to see her. I will be moving back into her visitation area soon and I will be using her services again as soon as I need it.

Today I called over 15 other Veterinarian Clinics and Hospitals, because my kitten was so sick…read more None of them would see my kitten because I'd never been there before or they would tell me I needed to pay between 300 and 1000 or more without even seeing him. My last call was Vista Hills Animal Hospital ...I was greated on the phone by such a sweet receptionist that was so helpful and got me an appointment right away. Once I got there everyone was so nice and calmed my nerves. We didn't have to wait at all. Shelly the Vet tech was funny and professional at the same time. She's the best!! The Doctor took such great care of my little baby. He is feeling all better tonight thanks to them. I will always go to this Animal Hospital and will recommend to everyone.
