The groomer called me saying that she had mats on her butt and needed to shave them out. I gave her permission to shave the mats. I did not say she could shave her whole body. When I picked her up, she was completely shaved! No groomer with proper training would EVER shave a great pyrenees. Especially right before winter. I did not give permission to shave my dogs entire body, and the groomer did not make it clear that she was going to shave her almost down to the skin. Shes not an f-ing poodle, her coat is not meant to be shaved. For the most part, she was not matted except for a couple of spots on her butt. Not worth $225 at all! They lost a customer today. I will NEVER bring her there again.

The Mrs. and I stopped in to check it out before we boarded our dog here. They have an indoor play area and two outdoor yards for the dogs to play in. The dogs get plenty of exercise, and they have staff who rotate through the dogs every hour or so to let them out and give them some interaction. They have a full grooming service as well. Our dog was happy and healthy both times he stayed here, and the staff get to know your dogs and what they like or don't like. Great place, great staff.

I left them with my one and a half year-old dog for seven days during which I was out of the…read morecountry. I scheduled them to come three times a day. They only came when it was convenient for them for 15 minutes at a time and were not willing to take my dog's schedule into account. We were having issues with getting them into the building due to my spotty cell service and they were unwilling to work with me on setting regular times when I knew I would have service and be able to let them into the building. Because they couldn't get in, they would leave my dog until noon and go to another appointment and come back. They did not follow instructions which led to my dog, eating toys, bathroom products, plastic, and other objects around the house. It's a miracle that I haven't had to take him to the vet. Overall, they were nice people just not very good at their job. I would recommend finding somewhere else.

My fluff ball needed a cut bad, so I looked them up to book an appointment, to my surprise, they had another location on the res! They're booked two weeks out, but that's fine, no hurry. Upon walking in, we were greeted by Jessica. She asked for the pom cut that I wanted done, and that's it, he was ready to leave mama to go to his new groomer, what a little traitor I let her know that he has very high energy, and I was afraid he'd be difficult to cut. I anticipated that his hair will come out uneven, because my dog can't sit still for the life of him. I was pleasantly susurprised, and very pleased with how they've managed to give him a nice cut! They do all scissor cuts, very nice, and professional. Their prices are the best around with the amount of services they give to your babies. Definitely my new go to!
