Well I just got a call from Pam's saying my funeral flowers were never delivered to my Mom's funeral home Geib in Dover Ohio! She said someone didn't show up for work and she"sorry"!!! Are you serious! I live in Florida and trusted them for my flowers to show up as I am too sick to travel unfortunately! What a loser business this is! Do not trust them with your business! Ordered a bouquet arrangement for my wife to be delivered in her grandma's antique vase to her place of work. She absolutely loved them and so did everyone else in the office. Even though one of the roses was broken, Pam's drove all the way back to deliver a new rose for her which was very admirable! Thank you so much for making my wife's day even more special! read more

The flowers I ordered were beautiful, delivered on time, and brought the joy I was hoping they would. However, they did come in a different color than I was expecting (which turned out fine because they came in the recipients favorite color) and there was an egregious grammatical error on the card that was not there when I submitted the order. I did not receive any communication beyond the automated order confirmation I received, even with the changes to the arrangement. For $150, I expected perfection. Overall, I would order from here again but would request a photo of the arrangement and card BEFORE delivery. read more

I am a VERY unhappy of Pam's Posies in Dover. We had a dear family friend pass away recently. I hate funeral flowers so I chose a sweet, spring, feminine arrangement called Radiant Reflections. It had beautiful, pink carnations and a soft pink vase.... best of all no horrid roses. What was delivered was a version of their Cotton Candy arrangement. It had HORRID, OLD, nearly DEAD roses. OMG, if I WANTED roses, I would have ORDERED roses! If I WANTED a clear glass, dollar store, vase I would have ORDERED one! If I WANTED a Cotton Candy arrangement I would have ORDERED it!!!!! In fact, when I first saw it I said (out loud) "Yuck"... but THAT was what was at the funeral representing us. I wanted to snatch those ugly, half dead roses out of that ugly vase (Geez, couldn't you have at LEAST tied a ribbon on the ugly thing to cover it up??) Upshot here is... you will NOT get what you want if you order from this place. They do NOT have the cute vases that they show in the pictures and they will just add extra (read: unwanted UGLY) flowers to your arrangement, and you have to take it because they have a substitution clause on their listing. I am just so sad that this is what represented Jeff and I at this sweet lady's funeral... and there are no do-overs. In fact, they were so ugly, they gave them back to us and wouldn't put them on her grave.... how embarrassing!!! I'm so sorry Tootie :( Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place!!! Oh, and they charged me $9.99 to deliver this ugly arrangement to a funeral home when they had other arrangements going to the same place. Way to pad an extra ten dollars to every order PP!! I have NEVER, in my entire 58 years EVER paid for a funeral home delivery. But seeing as this place is WAY under par, it's probably the only way they can stay afloat. read more
