My complaint is all about the front desk employees that I find full of attitude as if they are bothered to do their job. There is one of them is always extremely condescending and she is always trying to push you away as if she gets bothered if you show up to even come there and this is not my first time that I had to interact with her. When I went to the walk in clinic today she was extremely lazy, condescending, full of attitude and told me that I am not even a patient there. She didn't even check in the computer to see if I can get in for a walking clinic, though I heard another patient that was dealing with another front desk person that he was able to get in for the same walk in clinic. I am a patient at this clinic. Maybe if she would actually do her job and do it properly she would get to know who the patients are in that clinic. Isn't your job to help patients to see a doctor? What are you getting paid for then? I don't know why this clinic even has her as a front desk person. If I could give a minus 5 I would. Very disgusted and extremely disappointed with this front desk person that I believe she should not even be there.

I came in with a list of symptoms so she could determine if there was a connection amongst them, she pushed it back at me and said "I can't deal with all of this in one day." I tried to explain that they were symptoms, not a "to do" list, but she just got angry. She refused to make a referral because "then she would have to follow it up". Ordered bloodwork, got up and walked out,said nothing. Wow. I have a PhD and was in a suit - how does she treat people less fortunate? Stay away, this is a moneymaker without care.

Unfortunately I began bleeding and cramping yesterday and it got heavier overnight, fearing a miscarriage I went in yesterday because I saw they were accepting new patients and made an appointment for today to see whats happening. When she came into the room she was cold and asked what my visit is for. I tried explaining that I was pregnant and I began to bleed yesterday and started crying while I was trying to speak. She showed ZERO compassion for how I was feeling. She then asked when my last period was and then said "oh, well you're just getting your period then." So I had to re-explain no, my expected period was on June 16th, so I was 5 days late which has never happened before in my life and I showed positive on 4 separate home tests. So she then rolled her eyes and printed off a piece of paper to go to the lab for urine and blood tests. I stood up and she handed me the paper and simply said "close the door on your way out." I went in to the lab to get my tests done, then waited in the waiting room to get a call up to the front to be told "it's negative, you can go." I COULDN'T believe how insensitive this whole experience was. I'm trying to get pregnant and have most likely miscarried and was told oh well, you're not pregnant now so nothing we can do. This has been an already stressful and traumatizing experience and then to be treated like this made the whole experience way worse :( I'm heartbroken and will never be going back to this disgrace of a "family clinic". She should be ashamed to call herself a family doctor.

The staff and the amount of patients booked for each time is deplorable. Chatting with other people waiting I realized there were several people booked for the same appointment as myself. When I asked the staff how much long I had to wait I was informed there were still several people ahead of me, I was already nearly an hour past my appointment time. I left without seeing Dr. Madi. I had previously phoned her staff on 3 occasions to have a prescription faxed to my pharmacy. I never heard back from anyone and my pharmacy never received a fax or call.
