When finally saw the Dr. Doctor had person in training. She spent most of the time talking with training person. At the the end when she did talk to me, offered no plan to address the shoulder issue. I did receive a shot for pain and told to go to to PT for the fourth time( insurance merry go round). Left with no answers and stunned how lil she seemed to be engaged. Told family and neighbors never go there. Treated like crap from beginning to end. Doctors don't seem to really care to help, period. Seemed like I was a nuisance to them. Just terrible operation, from appointments to actual doctor care(or lack there of).

Went for my initial appointment and filled out all of the normal paperwork, and then had to repeat it all once the person came to get me because that paperwork was never given to my therapist. Why even bother filling it out to begin with, oh yah, that's right you need it for your records. During each visit I was given a exercise to do while the person went to talk to fellow staff members, and then when I was done they would return just long enough to give you another one to do. They probably only spent a total of five minutes with me during each thirty minute session. After this happening each time for three sessions I decided to cancel the rest of my appointments and spend my hard earned money elsewhere. I had been to another Apple Therapy in Manchester and they are MUCH better.
