I was informed that their corporate office had decided to not have a public restroom for customers, even if they are shopping. The closest restroom to this store is across Kipling at Target, meaning I would have to get in my car and drive to Target. As it was, I had an accident trying to get to a restroom. I will no longer shop Natural Grocers and will take my business to Sprouts down the street. They are much more customer friendly. I will also make sure all of my friends know about this treatment. You don't tell a 77 year old woman she can't use the restroom.
