But when I did receive a bouquet of flowers from my boyfriend from them I was really pleased and loved the look of them. He heard of them from a friend, so I guess a lot of their business must be from word of mouth because most people who've used their services, state that they are really good. As I've not used them and I'm going of what my boyfriend told me; I'm taking his word for it. He seems to think they are reliable and offer a brilliant services, plus the staff offer great customer service. According to him, the ladies working in the shop helped him come up with a great looking bouquet of flowers and convinced him to go all out :) Which I'm really grateful for ladies!! He's says he definitely use their service again and I'm sure I will if I need to use a good florist.

Prices of plants, hanging baskets and garden accessories are all pretty average, but the store's selection of pet products is both pricey and very limited. There's plenty available if you keep birds, rabbits or guinea pigs, but if you're a cat or dog person, you'll be gravely disappointed.

Prices are a fraction of the chain stores although some stuff I considered to be a little on the expensive side for what they are but then what do I know I'm only just learning about Hello Kitty Boutique!
