Best pizza in COCHRANE. New owner and new staff in training no big problem and the food is great.

This sucks! I have been ordering regularly as single mom and student. My daughter just had surgery and we can't go out to pick up and I cannot leave her alone and I just tried to order and they notified me that they opt of delivery area??? I am less than 7km away. I just wanted to bring it to light that after a Bad experience with the Cochrane, AB store . I had ordered a Pizza for lunch, Because I work from home and I was having an extremely busy day.The Pizza came with no issue, But when it came time to pay the Debit machine was malfunctioning, after many failed attempts I asked the driver if he could go to the store to possibly get another machine as I was extremely busy with work and needed to get back to my clients. He said this was not possible and insisted to continue to try the malfunctioning machine, As the tries went on he got more aggressive with his demeanor and was cursing at the machine, after getting me to get my coat and shoes on and follow him to his vehicle to try one last time he finally agreed to go get a new machine. The manager then followed quickly with a call saying that I need to pay for my pizza, and began to treat me as though I had just stolen it from him and he demanded that I come down to the store and pay for it if the new machine did not work. I agreed that I would be paying for my pizza that I was not trying to weasel my way out of that, and that arrangements could be made once I was done work if the machine did not work. 30 minutes later the driver came back with 2 machines and was completely rude with me. I felt that after every try where I had planned on tipping him after his rudeness and his failure to be civil about the situation he did not deserve a tip from me. Now a week later, My wife and I went to order pizza for dinner to find out that Panago will not deliver to our house. After contacting customer support to find out why they said they do not know and to go into the store, my wife went down there to talk to a manger to find that there was no manager in the store and that we would be contacted the following day. The following day the manager of the store contacted myself to explain that we have been banned from delivery from Panago because we treated the driver badly and did not tip him.. I am sorry but I have a big issue with this. We have been buying pizza from your company for many years without incident. And when a driver comes to my door treating me like crap for a situation I have no control over, and fails to earn a tip for his delivery. I am sorry but how am I the bad guy in this situation. I find it completely un acceptable when the manager tells me that I am required to tip for poor service, after the fact that I was charged a delivery fee! If the driver had kept his calm and continued to treat me like a valued customer and listened to my concerns he would have earned his tip in full. Instead of the driver getting Punished for being rude, We got black listed from delivery. Is this how all Panago locations treat their customers? On a positive note the food has always been enjoyable. That is why we kept coming back, but now we are forced to look elsewhere for service. read more
