You are allowed to sit and relax with your purchased products which was very nice and convenient especially if you purchased a cart like myself. If your device is faulty you are allowed to exchange it for a new. I forgot to take a picture of the cart options and devices, but they will not disappoint. They don't have it on their website, but there's gelato carts 78%They sell preheated devices for $15, you can adjust your temp for your hit, just be careful because some carts aren't meant to be preheated with this device. Device doesn't come with charger cord so be mindful. T-shirts for sale in all sizes for $10-$15. Seriously come and support this shop!
