Absolutely love Pancheros. I think it is much better than Chiptole and Quidoba. The staff isn't the best, but some are better than others. They are also very liberal with the amount of punches they give on their punch cards for a free burrito. read more

My friend and I came about half an hour before closing time and the staff was so RUDE. I had never been there before and wanted to take a second (literally) to look at the menu. They were complaining to each other about us in Spanish (we both understand Spanish) and were grunting and groaning while making our food. I asked for sour cream on the side for my chicken quesadilla and they gave me completely liquid, room temperature sour cream. To be honest I'm shocked I didn't get sick from it. I usually don't like burrito, but Panchero's burrito is the number one in America! I love their steak burrito.

Every time I go here it's great. Huge burritos, great pork, fresh tortillas. Very fast service. I can barley finish my food it's so filling. Whenever my wife and I are in moosic we always stop for lunch. read more

All I can say is BOOOOOOOO. The restaurant is always empty. Each time I go the portions are smaller than they were the last time, the service is worse, and the employees are generally lazy. I would definitely tell anyone who's in the mood for a fresh-mex style meal to take the drive to Moe's in Clark's Summit. Its a much better experience. read more

It's kind of like Chipotle and Moe's but a lot better. They make the food right in front of you and it's very quick.

My favorite place! Awesome burritos and the chips and queso is delicious. The only downfall is the pricing. Pretty expensive.

I'm not a huge fan of Mexican but the food here is really good. The tortilla is made fresh from dough and they press and cook it in front of you which is so cool. It also tastes really good. Love this place and the workers who are so nice. read more

This place sucks. Only went there because my boyfriend used to drag me there, and I had a coupon for buy one item, get one free up to $6. I could stomach paying $6 for two burritos, but not for one. The food is dried out, tasteless and way overpriced. You'd think for the price they'd give you chips or a side of rice, but nada. The staff acts like it's a chore to serve you, one of the workers barely speaks english and can't answer basic questions about the food! The staff stands around bored, when they can be cleaning the messy dining room. The last straw was I went in and was going to use a coupon for buy one get one, and was rejected. The guy behind the counter told me they don't accept coupons anymore. I asked why, when it was specifically for that location and valid thru 11/12. He said he didn't know why, they just don't. It's a good thing I asked before he made the food, because I said I wasn't interested in eating there if they weren't going to honor my valid coupon. By the way, there was nobody in the place as usual and I'm not surprised why. So instead of them getting my business and making some money, they got nothing and another bad review. I will never go here again and I suggest if you don't want to be disappointed, you don't go either. A total waste. read more

Came in after a music event at montage mountain. The workers were rude. We were surcharged for extra stuff we didn't get and we weren't even supplied with a receipt from the main manager who barely spoke any English. When we mentioned we were surcharged he denied it and refused to provide us with a receipt. Shady business operation. Would recommend it to be swapped out with new management. read more

I've been in the Scranton area for work for the last month and decided to mix it up for dinner one night. Should've went to Chipotle like my gut was telling me. I ordered a chicken burrito and ignored something that turned out to be a huge red flag. When the woman asked which meat, I said chicken. She looked at her coworker with a weird grin, and then proceeded to put the chicken in my burrito. My naive self assumed there was some inside joke regarding chicken. I was mistaken. I'll never know the meaning of that grin, but I now know that it meant something like, "this chicken has gone bad, but he's probably the last customer of the night, so who cares." I'll spare the details of why I know this chicken had gone bad, but you get the gist. DO NOT EAT HERE! read more

Not the best placed on the planet, but it sure beats Taco Bell (the only other option around here as far as chains go). The burritos are a bit pricey but they also weigh like a pound and fill you up nicely. I dunno...I don't think they're anywhere near as bad as people are making it out to be. It's a FAST FOOD CHAIN, don't go in expecting Madre & Padre taco stand quality...but for what it is, it's worth it. If I can have a demi-decent burrito and fill my stomach for under $10 I'm a happy camper. read more

The food is not bad. However, the staff doesn't speak English very well and they are rude. I'm not against people who did not learn English as their first language, but if I ask for clarification, speak more slowly and don't act annoyed at me for not understanding your incomprehensible speech. Also, the man at the register charged me for a burrito when I had ordered tacos, which are cheaper. I tried to correct him, but he wouldn't listen and it wasn't worth it to me to argue with him because there was a line behind me. SO, for decent food, terrible service, and an okay atmosphere (it's a fast food joint, nothing special, but it wasn't noticeably dirty or anything) if you don't mind overpaying because they're going to charge you for something more expensive than you got, go here. read more

First things first, let me set the scene. Two people working the line and 3 customers waiting. We were all together. The employees were very annoyed off the bat with us, one of us changed our minds from 2 steak tacos to one steak and one chicken, while she was still pressing the tortillas, her reply was slapping the tortillas onto the trashy metal plate and stopping to ask what she wanted again. Now as we're going through the line ordering what we'd like on our tacos/burritos the employees were RUSHING us like never before. Skipping over lettuce cheese etc. after skipping over the cheese by the employees choice I kindly asked if I could have cheese, now what do u think his reply was? Yep u guessed it, slamming the trashy metal tray down and throwing the cheese onto the taco. Lastly at the register, and again I remind u we were all together one, the employee decided we were all paying together and put crammed them all on one tray. So one of the ladies took hers off separated it from the other two and said I'm paying for my own. The employees stood there looked at her like she had 5 heads and shook his head and made a big fuss over it. So if u wanna be rushed, not get what you like on your taco, and treated like the plague then pancheros is the place for you, if not you can take a 20 yard stroll to Panera where you will be treated with respect. read more
