This is drive-thru fast food Asian food all the way. It is the traditional American Asian food and it is great! For a great price you can get a bowl with 1 entree and side or and plate with 2 entrees and a side. My most recent visit I got half chow mein and half fried rice (you can do this and it is not on the menu), orange chicken and the pineapple spicy and sweet chicken with an egg roll. It was all delicious and filling. I like that you can see the coolers that they keep all the veggies and ingredients in. It looked very clean and organized. The kitchen is open, which gives it nicer feel too. If you are in the area and craving for some good Asian food - stop here! read more

I asked for a sample to try then new sesame chicken. The employee gave me one piece; There was a hair about 5 inches long sticking out. I removed it and the employee offered me a new piece. I ate it, but wanted to throw up ill. I wanted to leave. I should have left and gone to another restaurant down the block. I feel hairnets are definitely needed by the chefs/cooks. There was 1 female and 2 males cooks on this date. I prefer to go to restaurants that use some type of sanitary practice. I placed an online order and when I got Home I realized one of my plates was missing. I called and they told me I could go and pick it up within 2 weeks. I went back that same evening and upon arrival I was told that they were going to check their cameras and the person said "this is policy to make sure you're not lying". He told me he would throw in an egg roll to make things better. He never apologized and the only reason he threw in an egg roll was because I asked what were they going to do about this. It has been 20 minutes since I've been standing outside in 103° weather and still no sign of my order yet. I believe this is unsatisfactory for Panda Express. I would like to know from management if this is What I should expect every time I order through the app or if this is just a one time thing only. Really sad to see most of the cooking line and other surrounding employees, are not wearing a mask. Only 2 that I saw were doing so. That doesn't make me rest at ease that this location is doing everything that they can at this time. And if they dont have the means to provide masks inside, they should close until then. Haven't had Panda Express in literally decades. Was a bit desperate for some quick food and so we popped in. Just like I remembered, the food was delicious - the sesame chicken and the honey walnut shrimp both had had a sweet, salty and tangy sauce over breaded and fried meat. Of course, both came with a side of guilt because this can't be good for you but once in a while I'll be back. But this time service was bad they didn't have anything I understand when you're busy it's difficult to have good service but it was Saturday at 2pm and everything was bad food and service . They ignored us then they wanted me to get food that didn't have anything left so I ask for new stuff it seem to make them mad then instead of understand me I'm a paying customer I have every right to ask . They manager seem to take her time to make my food and didn't even apologize for having to wait, and I thought when customer sitting down eating that they shouldn't be cleaning like sweeping and mopping because stuff is flying all over the place and I think that is rude . This place is a joke. They are incredibly slow here. I question the integrity of the training program or leadership, because they always seem unprepared for lunch and dinner rush. I live right next to this place, so I drive past it 2-3 times a week. Lately, they have been closing the drive-thru but lining up 3 patio chairs in front of the drive through, with no sign or excuse. When I tried to go today, the drive-thru was closed, so I opted for Wendy's next door instead. I go to this place because I like the chow mein. The chow mein is decent, and it's the only reason I return to this place. The problem is, they are constantly running out of it. This problem is compounded by the slow service. If you chose the drive-thru and they're out of what you want, you better pick something else because you're going to be stuck in the drive-thru for the next 15 minutes if someone is in front of you. I checked past Yelp reviews which seem to go back a few years, and they mostly seem to echo the two points. 1.) They're slow. 2.) They run out of choice items often. The consistency in the problems of this restaurant is an indicator there is problem with the management. It's been poorly managed for years. Next time you get a craving for Orange Chicken, or Walnut Shrimp, or Chow Mein, just remind yourself that there's tons of other choices in this area. Stay away from this place. read more

A few hours into a very long day of packing and moving my sister's stuff into storage, we were starving and short on time. We were around slaughter dropping some stuff off and decided to stop and grab something to eat at Panda Express. I was very hungry and thought they were very quick. Since it is like a buffett style place, I expected the food to be a little dull. When we made it to our friend's place with the food I was a step beyond starvation... (OK, Maybe not), but I was very very hungry. The food was great and I ate every single grain of rice on my place. I've heard good things about Panda Express from some friends in California. I'm not a fast food kind of person so I never went. I went the other day and to say I was surprised and impressed would be an understatement. I had half Veggies half Chow Mein with the Honey Walnut Shrimp and Orange Chicken. The shrimp we AMAZING and the Orange Chicken was just as tasty as advertised. OK, disclaimer...I went back 3 days later to try it again. This time I had the Sweet Fire Chicken Breast and the Chicken with String Beans. I loved the white meat chicken breast. Great Quality and not surprisingly it was not greasy. The store wasn't very clean. The floors were wet and needed mopping especially around drink fountain. Trash needed to be empty was overflowing in one spot. When ordering our food we waited patiently to be asked what we wanted and were ignored. We tried to look at items to choose from but there was a group of people waiting for a dish in front of us. When we were ready to order we had to ask the woman to start our order which she was rude. After placing our order the portions she gave were smaller than normal. By right, I mean the food is barely even warm (almost cold), they don't put enough orange sauce in the orange chicken sometimes, and the chow mein is soooo dry.
