It's Panda Express. It's always the same and it's always good. My mom and I ate lunch here yesterday. It's was very good, very clean, and very hospitable. John was our line guy and cashier. He was very good at his job. My mom noticed how he treated to folks behind us. She said he made them feel like they were the only customer in the world. He made us feel that way as well. Use drive thru. Seldom eat in restaurant. Vegetables always cooked fresh. Good tasting entrees. MSG is one of their ingredients which is not a healthy additive, so it's not a frequent place for us. read more

So many options. The staff was very friendly. We are new to the area so we struck up a conversation with one of the people working there and she was so nice. They have mango tea which is delicious. If they don't have what you want ready they will cook it. The rice is okay. The bejing beef was nice and the sweet fire chicken was good and saucy. read more

Ordered through the app for pick up as always. Waited in drive thru 17 minutes.(that really wasn't an issue). No one came on the speaker after 3/4 minutes so pulled forward to wait. (Only four cars ahead) Get to the window and wait 2/3 minutes before someone appears. I tell the young lady I'd like to pick up my online order that I placed through the app. I was told I had to go inside to pick up. (We've always picked up through the drive thru) I asked when did you guys start doing this and that should be in the app. She said we can't clog the drive thru. I asked for the manager and was told I'd have to wait until tomorrow. Ok, then I'd like a refund because at this point it's been 21 minutes waiting. You'll have to come back tomorrow when they're here. She completely refused to give us our order. Wow! Really hate this because we love going here!!! What happened to customer service?! read more

Service horrible. Asked which items were entrees and got a blank stare. No hi or thank you or glad you are here. Food was lukewarm. Rice had clumps in it. Filled out their survey and no response but to send me a buy one get one at one half but expires within 14 days. What a joke. Not going back anyway. read more

Food is not as good as the other places in town. Always closed for no reasons and the service when they are open is unbearable. Ridiculously slow and the food isn't good enough to go thru the awful service and long wait. Jen's Express in town is sooo much better and I'd rather have that any day and it's locally owned and operated. Won't be long before Panda goes out of business as everyone hates it. read more

Never holds to their dining room hour's especially on weekends. Also if you order the same food in the drive-through as you would dining in the drive-through food, you get shorted on the same amount of food, but for the same price whereas if you don't end, it is a larger portion. Many times you visit the restaurant there are hardly any dine in customers during the day yet the tables are not clean. read more

We placed a very large order which included "teriyaki chicken" at approx 4:00 pm. Everything was fresh except the "teriyaki chicken", which was totally dried out and the outer meat like leather. Not the skin, but the actual meat. We have purchased meals from Panda express for years in Dallas and Ft Worth, and never ever was served something that was obviously this old. We will never go back to this Panda Express location. We were very disappointed after spending over $50 for our dinner. read more

Yeah this location sucks. Waited 15 mins on one car ahead of me to complete ordering and checking out before even talking to me then had me wait 5 mins while he went to do something else he needed to attend to. Then was told by the worker after that when I was done ordering that menu items were unavailable since they closed in about an hour or so and did not WANT to cook another batch and for me to order something else. Went back a second time before I posted this review and when I did they messed up 2 orders and the guy over the intercom wasn't listening and just got us checked out as fast as literally possible so I guess good for that, would rather get what I paid for. read more

"I'm sorry we don't have that right now" the new motto of this Panda Express it feels like. They usually never have, or are running low on most food items.. and the mood and morale of the workers are usually low due to the onslaught of people being angry about them not having the food want. If they have the food you want in full stock, go buy a lottery ticket because you are extremely lucky.. Come here with an open mind and low expectations, because if you are eating here get ready to settle. read more

This is now the second time I've *tried* to eat at this location. I came last Wednesday at 8 pm, and they wouldn't take my order and said they were closed. Now I come again today, on a Monday at 6:30and the whole store is closed down and not a person in sight. Am I missing something Panda Express? Are your hours not 10:30am to 8:30Pm? Because that's what your website says and what's posted on your door..... won't be back. Save yourself the gas money and don't bother making a trip out to see if they've decided to be open that day or not. read more

There is a girl who took my order who was very flat and rude, did the minimum I needed soy sauce with my meal but was soon as she handed me my food walked away. Was not pleasant at all. Her name was Lory or Lorena or something. So if she's serving you just leave you're better off. I know there's people there who are cheerful and sweet and make you feel welcomed and make sure you leave satisfied. read more

The food was alright but the service was terrible. They told me i would have to wait on the Kung po chicken. When I got home they had given me Beef broccoli instead of the Kung po which was what I had to wait on. When I called to tell them of the error I did not get an apology and told I could come back within 30 minutes or give me the #of my receipt, which I did not have on me. Customer service while ordering and receiving my food was bad too but that was so many things I don't have the patience to type it. Just many issues and not one apology. read more
