Edit: we finally got a hold of the store and they will credit us what was missing. Appreciate the customer service. Disappointing. We came in and ordered 2 family dinners and when we travelled back to our family's house out of town 3 items were missing. We have tried calling over 5 times and no one picks up. Very disappointing when you pay over $100 for a meal you're bringing to someone's home (or your own) and it's missing the bulk of the dishes. And you cannot contact them to inform them. The food is the same that you'll get at any Panda Express. The service is lacking though. According to their website, they close at 930 on Fridays, so I figured going in at 8 pm would mean they were still stocked up and going strong... since they were open for another hour and a half. That wasn't the case. I was told they were out of steamed rice.. which I would think would be a staple here. So I said "is there more being made? Or you're out for the night?". And she said "well, it takes 45 minutes so...". So, no white rice. And a lot of the other trays were empty. I'm not sure if more was being made, because the equipment in the kitchen was all moved around and staff were cleaning the grease vents and stuff. I for one don't enjoy seeing staff standing on the stove tops cleaning the vents above them while the restaurant is still open... but what do I know. It's a shame, because I enjoy the chain. But I won't be making this a regular stop. read more

Absolutely the worst fast food I have ever had!!!!! Broccoli beef, Where's the beef?????? and the Broccoli was under cooked and rubbery and tasted gross!!!! Looked worse! Chow Main was old and wasn't appealing at all. Teriyaki chicken was watery with a unappealing taste and texture. Then to top it off I wasn't given a receipt to register my complaint. No sauce packets and not even a fortune cookie. I complained to the restaurant, and I will complain to head office. I have eaten from there before and it was no hell but edible. Food was mediocre. Took the drive through but still waited in the parking lot an additional 20 minutes for our "family feast". Got home and $25 of food was missing. Very bland... Very dry... Second and last time I tried this restaurant! I will not recommend this place to anyone ! Fist me and my wife got there and everything is empty at 12:30 pm , and it's not busy ‍‍ so however we ask the lady if they will fill it up and she said yes .....but not a nice yes .....and yes with so much attitude , even worst then my wife ,when I forgot to take the garbage out or I would say worst then me when my wife tell me that the in-laws are coming ! So after 15 mins we got our food and I get raw veggies mixed as a meal and I mean raw ! Like he tried to boiled them in ice cold water and stir fried them on a block of ice ! 35$ for two plate ????? Hell no! Never again . And all the table was dirty and again , not just dirty as few crumbs ...... oh no ......like dirty as if a army of ADHD junky kids all ordered ginger beef and started a food fight over the last pill of Ritalin left in St. Albert ! Was back there today about 2:30. They do now have the option to order some things freshly cooked, but I think it was only because they were out of what I wanted to have. Food is good, but 3 mains and a side plus a smallish egg roll for $15.00, with no drink is getting pretty expensive. Also, there isn't as much food on the plate as the first visit by a noticeable amount. Something I found really annoying was they have no salt or pepper. The guy says they get asked for it all the time, but don't have any. Kind of seems like a no brainer to me, if the customers are asking for it, have some available. I also had to tell them that their "Open" sign wasn't lit up, I almost drove off because you can't see inside all that well and what I could see there was no one there. I was the only client when I went in an d it looked like I was the first for quite a while. Funny thing is shortly after clicking the sign on the place got busier and busier.. Probably the worst Panda Express I have ever encounter. The chow mein noodles were just that, no other vegies in them, cold, stuck together and unseasoned. Food amounts were smaller that experienced at other Panda Express (thankfully this was true for the chow mein also). Next time will drive to Edmonton. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

I am a regular here as I come for lunch during my work break. I work in the same area. Every time I come here I get upsold saying "sorry you can't have a small cup" or theyll tell me they only have medium when they CLEARLY have a small, right in front of my eyes. Or. they'll add a fortune cookie onto my bill without me asking for it, oh and should I mention they're "extra" onto an entree for a 1.50$ is literally half a spoonful? Order:237522. I ordered a family feast with a side of spring rolls. The order was to go, I went to use the washroom and when I came back the food was put into a bag already. I assumed everything was there, when I got home I found that they forgot the spring rolls. I called to see if they could deliver the spring rolls or do something for the inconvenience. I spoke to the manager and she said she would check the camera to see if the spring rolls were put in! LOL I wouldn't call just to get a free order of spring rolls, anyways, she told me I could come back any time to get some free spring rolls (after she checked the camera). I don't feel like they treat customers with respect, she snickered at me when I asked for a refund. If I spend 50 bucks for food, I at least would like NOT to be treated like a thief.
