The sales staff do check in on you to see if you need any help or other sizes. The one lady the last time made a few suggestions that really good. She had good taste. I've gone in to our ages a special occasion dress and was able to buy the pantyhose, bra set and shoes all at once. The boots for winter I purchased were just regular vegan leather, but very comfortable and should last at least 2 seasons. I'm happy with the quality.
