While I wish the room were slightly darker, a little more removed from the waiting area and the table slightly more comfortable for the face, I still enjoyed the massage experience. The masseuse was thorough, addressing each area of my body and gentle when it came to the hot stones. There is a $3 charge if you pay by card, so I'd recommend bringing cash. I paid for an hour and was left to change. Cindy was professional, and did a good job adjusting pressure when needed. She suggested some advanced relaxation techniques also. I came in and it seemed the place was empty. The lights were all off, but a friendly young lady came out to greet me right away. There was a strong language barrier as she quickly led me to a room in the back. A few minutes into my massage, the phone rang and she left the room to go answer it. I don't realize it at the time, but when she came back in, she brought the phone with her which rang again and I could hear an older male voice stating he had just called. She told him again she needed about 20 minutes. I was wondering "20 minutes?", I just got on the table! Then a man came into the business and she left me again to go talk to an older man in the lobby. Apparently there was another therapist in the building that I didn't realize was in there with us. I'm going to guess he went to the back as I didn't see him when I came out about 10 minutes later. I definitely didn't get my moneys worth and definitely did not received my whole hours of massage after all of the interruptions. I would not go back for other reasons as well as I didn't feel comfortable.
