They checked me in right away. The rooms were perfectly lit - not too bright yet not too dim. The music was soft and at the perfect level. My massage therapist gave me different options as far as the type of massage. I stated as long as it's not a deep tissue massage. I had that once & for three days - I was in so much pain that it felt like I'd been in a car accident. So, knowing that he chose a shiatsu massage. I stated I tend to carry my stress between my shoulders and neck. Plus I'm so ticklish everywhere else! Having told him this, he began my amazing massage. I came in and it seemed the place was empty. The lights were all off, but a friendly young lady came out to greet me right away. There was a strong language barrier as she quickly led me to a room in the back. A few minutes into my massage, the phone rang and she left the room to go answer it. I don't realize it at the time, but when she came back in, she brought the phone with her which rang again and I could hear an older male voice stating he had just called. She told him again she needed about 20 minutes. I was wondering "20 minutes?", I just got on the table! Then a man came into the business and she left me again to go talk to an older man in the lobby. Apparently there was another therapist in the building that I didn't realize was in there with us. I'm going to guess he went to the back as I didn't see him when I came out about 10 minutes later. I definitely didn't get my moneys worth and definitely did not received my whole hours of massage after all of the interruptions. I would not go back for other reasons as well as I didn't feel comfortable.
