Shoddy work and impossible to cancel appointments…read more We booked a gutter cleaning/inspection and specifically flagged issues with our downspout. We also booked a patio cleaning for the following week. The gutter cleaning/inspection was incomplete and unacceptable. The team did not even go near the downspout, and the issues that we flagged over the phone were neither addressed nor resolved. After the appointment, we received a generic "We finished your cleaning and saw no issues" report. Our downspout remains clogged and completely detached from the house. Due to the unacceptable work, we decided to cancel the patio cleaning. There is apparently no way to do this. It cannot be done online, and when we called, the representative said she couldn't do it but if we tried back again it was possible we might reach someone who could. We asked when we should try again and she could not provide any additional information.
