Ben, was super fast in sending me a quote just from a pic I had sent of my damaged ceiling and his pricing was around the same price as I had received from other companies/handymen for the same job. Although I caught him at a busy time and had to reschedule, he was able to come back a couple days later and complete the work. Ben is very knowledgeable and seemed to use only the best drywall materials which I appreciated. Super friendly guy and I recommend him for your drywall repair needs.

I asked him if he could replace a corner brick for my ground patio, and touch up grouting around the bricks. I know nothing of concrete and bricks, that's why I needed someone. He said he was going to come Monday 09/23. He got the work done, and I tipped him roughly 13% on top of the estimate he game me. Two days later the one corner brick he replaced was good, but 3 nearby bricks cracked in half. That one stretch of grouting I wanted touched up was fixed, but new cracks formed as a result of the work completed. I messaged him 09/25 saying roughly more damage has been done than his work was supposed to fix. He asked if he could come Saturday 09/28. I said sure. It was beautiful day I would have preferred to goto the beach or something. I waited all day and afternoon and sent him messages. I didn't get a message until that evening that he wasn't going to come. Maybe he went to the beach for me! He asked if he could come Monday 09/30. I said sure, just park and do what you need. He never came just asked me what the weather was. So I took a screenshot of the weather for the next 10 days and sent to him 09/30 in the evening, then asked him on 10/03 when he would like to come. Today is 10/05 and I haven't received a message. Today is also a beautiful day, maybe he went to the beach for me!

Each handyman was cut out of the same mold - on time, respectful, upfront on costs, and superior work skills. Recently, Tony was brought to our house as the dry wall in the garage was about to fall. Mr. Handyman office quickly notified Tony who drove immediately to our house and began the work to repair. Afterwards we asked him to rework the drywall and support for the whole garage, repair all paneling after 33 years of neglect, and paint ceiling and rest of the garage. Tony was personable, extremely neat, kept us informed of his progress, and delivered an unbelievable sight of richness to our garage. As he was leaving I asked Tony if he could add handles to the shower area even though this was not on his work order. He did so willingly and worked overtime to be sure we were pleased. They do very good quality work at a reasonable price. A lot of things had to be in place before they started working, such as restrictions, permits, etc. They were very patient in getting everything in place before work started. They have also done work on a neighbor's property, which is how I came to know their work.
