The staff was not welcoming, they seemed to look down on us and appeared bothered that we were even there. The transaction went smoothly, straight to the point with no smiles. Terrible terrible terrible. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. You think you'd get treated better when you spend good money. (Heads up- you don't.) The worker Raquel, was nice at first- and then you realize she's being nice because she's trying to scam you and get you to pay asap. She showed me only 2 charms (the MOST expensive) and she told me the prices INCLUDING ENGRAVING when I did not ask for it. Example- original price $95. she told me it was 128$ and it comes with engraving. She told me the price for every charm with engraving without asking me if I wanted it. Basically upcharging me. Then, I call the store a day later because I look back on my receipt and I'm like what ..? The lady I spoke to was Yvenny Torres or some sorts. She was the most disrespectful person. I told her my issue and she said "We tell everyone the price of the charm plus engraving regardless if they asked for it or not" LIE. We know you know we all know. Not regular at all. After I call her out and explain I have tons of charms and no one has done that she just said "thank you for your feedback". Super weird and they don't care. Save your money , or go somewhere else. These people want a quick commission and for you to get out. They don't care about hospitality or service just who they can scam next. read more

I don't usually write reviews. But Shelly (short hair lady) really did piss us off. NOT polite and NOT professional. We spent over $100 and wanted to get an extra charm on sale. So we asked her about it. She said there were none (pressuring us to pay and leave the store) when clearly there were charms on sale displayed. She raised her voice at us and asked us to talk to her manager which ended up being her friend and protecting her. We are tourist and just wanting to have a good time. She made our mood bad after her treatment. She should be trained more because she wasn't aware of the prices. Or just fired because doesn't know how to talk to loyal Pandora customers. read more

They were very friendly and very helpful. I was looking for the Puerto Rican flag charm and they don't have it in NYC. Lucky, I went in vacation to PR and went here and finally found it, am super happy because not only did I find the flag but the charm also had the Coqui. While on a cruise in July, one of our port of calls was to Puerto Rico. We came during the protest and riots against the governor of PR. I was surprised Pandora was open because a lot of the shops were closed or boarded up due to the protest. I stopped in because I wanted the Lion King Charm, everyone knows the Lion King is one of my favorite Disney movies. Unfortunately I had left my Pandora CC on the boat because I hadn't planned on stopping on Pandora. The staff was very helpful and was able to look up my Pandora account and charge my card as long as I had a state ID. I was so happy I was able to make the purchase. The store was clean and the staff was nice. The staff offered us Sangria & water and spoke with us about the protest taking place and how it was effecting business but were understanding of why people were protesting. So it's your typical concept store with tray and trays of charms. We were there for a special event with the Annual Pandora Cruise so it was a bit more rushed than I like to be and very hectic. Everyone from the cruise was supposed to get a bonus gift, but because we didn't have our credentials with us we didn't get the bonus gift. Would have been nice if someone from Pandora NA would have told us to bring our credentials with. i went to Pandora in San Juan, Puerto Rico to buy a few things for a total of 300 dollars. I selected a few things and felt very press to buy. Instead of giving me time to buy, it was just a feeling that they wanted me to pay quick. I could not try everything so when I got home I tried it and was not happy with some of the things I purchased so I went back a couple of hours later and to my surprise, they informed that I could not give it back or change it sense it was used. THAT WAS TOTALLY A LIE, and I did not wear anythin. I went in looking for the Puerto Rico exclusive charms and only got two choices. When I chose, I was told the charms come in a set. Basically I had to buy two charms. I didn't want or need the second charm but i bought it for the sake of having the exclusive charm. I asked if I couldn't just buy the one and was told no I could only buy it in the "set" because they would have to separate them. But there was no separating they just literally placed both charms together in a box??? At first she offered the exclusive alongside a cruise ship -_- why would I want a cruise ship!!! then I was offered a globe with the exclusive. like now your able to separate them?? it felt like a way to get people to spend more money here. I ended up getting a free gift with a purchase over 150$ (I spent 172 on two charms -_- ) But I had to mention it to the staff, they didn't offer it. I also noticed once I paid the person helping me was a lot nicer and offered us drinks. I was pretty appalled with the whole experience but it's done,,,, theres a jewelry store nearby that carries Pandora, go there save your money and you probably wouldnt need to wait in line like i did at this store. read more

FIRST, her attitude and the way she was speaking to me was extremely disrespectful. i asked for a specific ring and she told me they didn't have it which is fine. i asked to try on a ring in a different size but she made me try on a different ring, i then asked if she could call another store to see if they had it in my size she snapped and said NO. literally said NO. and then i asked u can't? and she said she couldn't because it was a franchise? weird okay. then i asked if she could discount the ring i wanted because it was a display she said again NO. then i said whatever because i was getting the ring as a gift. i asked her if she could clean the ring with jewelry cleaner as a courtesy since it wasn't a brand new ring. and again rolled her eyes and said it was $5 dollars. then i had to ask her again and finally she agreed to clean it. she was speaking spanish which is funny because i speak spanish and guess she didn't know. anyway the other employees were so attentive and nice. i've never had such horrible customer service in my life.! the store gets 1 star since it was the lowest i could give.. i went to the other pandora store around the corner to see if they had the ring. they did but still not in my size the employee there was extremely sweet and nice. go there! don't go to this store! the other store has the same stuff and more professional! read more
