I bought Halloween contact lenses and was told that they were good for three months. One contact was torn and they would not exchange them or offer a refund. They accused me of cutting them with scissors and also said that they were only good for one wear when they had told me they were good for three months of wear when I bought them as it also says on the box. I'll be contacting the company that makes them directly. Disappointed to not have them for my costume on Halloween and can't justify another $40 for another pair. Very disappointing.

For a retail store like yours, this is a big gap and very disappointing for customers.
