The main issue was a massive buildup of pigeon waste underneath the panels. Eric did a phenomenal job washing it all out, and he took the extra time to thoroughly assess the bird fencing around the array to make sure it was secure. He was extremely careful and professional throughout the process, showing a clear understanding of the delicate wiring underneath the panels. The solar panels look absolutely phenomenal now. While he was here, I asked if he could also wash my home windows. He was incredibly accommodating and added the job on the spot. He even took care of the glass window on my garage door without me even having to ask! Owner Kevin Panche and his team were on time, professional, and responsive to our many questions before the day of the cleaning. Unlike other companies we contacted, they will clean solar panels that are installed on a steep roof (like ours), taking necessary safety precautions. They also have very competitive pricing. They thoroughly cleaned the solar panels, including underneath, and on their recommendation we also had them cover the panels with netting, which keeps the pigeons off. Apparently solar panels can get dirty pretty quickly - we had ours installed in November 2019 and between the pigeons and weather, they were already in need of a cleaning in just over 6 months. They also cleaned our window screens and windows, inside and out. They used specialized equipment on the outside and high-end squeegees on the inside. Kevin pointed out where previous window cleanings had resulted in scratches on the glass due to the use of cheap equipment. Legends puts three tree in the open area in the of scheels. A live band plays Christmas music, ranging from holiday classics to more modern Christmas tunes. The band plays about an hour of Christmas music, then does a holiday tradition I love. They read the Book, How the Grinch stole Christmas to all the kids. Not only do they read, but they sing to. All the favorite Grinch tunes from the rimless holiday classic, they play and sing. The first year we went, they had fireworks. This year they did not, perhaps because of the wind. This is a great family experience.
