Given how much time had already been wasted and my need to provide dinner for my family elsewhere, I chose to take the single pasta along with the partial refund offered. However, to my frustration, I was still charged for the one portion rather than being refunded in full. The service throughout this experience was careless and dismissive, showing little regard for my time as a customer. While the gentleman at the front counter was polite, the overall handling of the situation left much to be desired. Combined with the noticeable decline in food quality over the past few years, this incident has confirmed I will no longer be a customer of or reccomened Jims going forward.

I am being critical on purpose, however - the pizza was very good! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the decor was pretty cool - very casual but nicely decorated. This is one of the few restaurant options up near Predator Ridge and Sparkling Hill and it's a great spot to drop in with some friends for some pizza and wine.
