I was sold the wrong parts to service my own equipment -- that alone tells you everything about their attention to detail. I brought my machine back in to have them correct it, and at the same time asked them to address a hydraulic leak. Picked it up... still leaking. So what exactly did I pay for? It gets worse. They serviced my hedge trimmer and told me I had until Saturday to pick it up. I show up on Saturday -- and it's gone. Missing. No explanation, no accountability, no effort to resolve it. Just nothing. That's completely unacceptable. The bigger issue is the complete lack of professionalism and respect. After multiple bad experiences, I returned to drop my mower off again and voiced my concerns. Instead of trying to fix anything, I was told -- verbatim -- to "get your mower and get out," along with profanity. That's not customer service. That's a business that has completely lost control. Between wrong parts, incomplete repairs, missing equipment, and outright disrespect, this is NOT the same place it used to be. I wouldn't trust them with anything at this point. See you tomorrow lol you have no idea what I have in store for you guys - you cursed at the wrong person. In customer service and have to deal with complaints in the automotive business I don't tell them to get the car and get the f out and don't want their business I hear them and correct the issues especially if we messed up. I went to Turf Machine to have my lawn mower blade replaced. I already had the replacement blade so…read moreI only needed labor. The young lady who greeted me was very nice, and helped me get my lawn mower out of my car, which I didn't expect her to do. She had very nice nails, and if my nails looked that good, I wouldn't be touching someone's dirty mower, but she had no problem with it. I took a very short time to replace my blade so I didn't spend much time in the showroom. But what I was able to see I appreciated - spare parts and new equipment all neatly displayed. Once my mower was ready a young man helped me reload my mower into my trunk. Again, I didn't expect any help. That they did this means a lot because not a lot of places help out anymore. This place gets busy because when I was there, 2 people came in and as I was leaving, 2 more were coming. This was about 10:30am on a Saturday morning. Plan accordingly. I had a good experience and would definitely go back to Turf Machine for another service.

Last December I decided to (finally) get some artwork framed so I checked out Toco Hills. They have…read morea huge collection of frames, matting, and fillets so it took me a while to decide on everything but they were patient and let me mull over my options while also providing some suggestions and recommendations. After deciding I went ahead and paid in full. They do allow you to pay a deposit instead. At the time of my order I was told one of the frames I selected was out of stock. It was coming from a manufacturer in Italy and they didn't have an ETA for when it would be back in stock but they guessed it could be 1-2 months. I had painstakingly lol gone through their collection so I decided to wait because I wasn't in a rush to get them. March came though and I hadn't heard anything so I called for an update. It would have been nice if they had reached out to me when they realized it was past the two month mark. I understand it feels uneventful to provide a "there's no update" update but I like being kept in the loop regardless of what the status is. After that call, they were more proactive in reaching out to me to let me know they were still waiting for it to arrive which I appreciated. When the frame finally arrived, I was really pleased with how both of my pieces came out. Their prices are expensive but it's a local, specialty shop and you only get things framed once so you may as well invest in something you'll like. Overall, I'd recommend checking them out.

I have made some pretty awesome designs with them from Pikachu pocket shirts to Koifish hoodies for the organizations that I am a part of at Emory University. People who pre-order with me are super happy for the cost and quality. The people here are very nice and they really do whatever they can to make you happy. A lot of times, it's the price that turns me away but for them, you can always talk back and compromise. The graphics designer really tries to make sure to create what you want. There was a design of a koi fish that I submitted, but the image was in low resolution. At first, he made another whole new design, but he saw how sad I was and how I really wanted the original one. He took it upon himself to get back and spend extra time to make it work. At the end of the day it worked and no one asked him to do that. He wanted the challenge and to give me a smile at the end of the day. The process normally takes about 2-3 weeks, but you can always speed up the process to as little as 1 week with extra costs. Superb group. I am super happy for this company and I will continue to come here for anything I need as I create my brand or help a club out during my College years. I love this place and the people.
