I found the area where the office chairs were. Just like most everyone, compared the prices online and found that they had prices cheaper on the Office Depot website. Went on a search mission to find an employee, and I asked if they would price match. This was on the Office Depots website and was told they would not price match. Also, when you enter the chair in the search bar, the searches appear. The one showing up on the Office Depot website will show a cheaper price, but when you click the link of the cheaper price, the total price changes by approximately $50. I had to go back to the drawing board on do I do business at this location or find somewhere else. Due to time restraints, I still ended up buying a chair, not only did I buy it, I became an Office Depot employee for the moment by having to use their dolly to bring it to the counter and even on the box it shows 2 people should be lifting it, I couldn't find an employee to assist. I would not go back to this business. Also for us veterans, there are no types of discounts. **UPDATE** NO RESOLUTION I was told that a MANAGER would reach out, and they did. I received an apology. The price they say I went to in the store was $100 cheaper than the online price from Office Depot website. After the apology, training would be implemented to the said employees, but still didn't honor the price. Also, this MANAGER had the nerve to use my personal information and look me up on social media! I don't know what his intentions are but just letting you know what you're dealing with. Southeast Laser not only broke the printer I brought in for repair, they also lied about the…read morereplacement unit they offered me. I brought in my printer to have the trans unit replaced and have miscellaneous parts cleaned and serviced. While they did replace the trans unit, they broke the printer's tray which made the tray unusable. I was told the part could not be replaced due to the printer being an older model. After an exhausting back and forth, I finally got them to admit they were responsible for the irreparable damage. After additional bickering, they offered to take $100 off the $530 repair job. Since the damage exceeded $100 of repair and made the printer practically useless, I did not accept the offer. After more bickering, they eventually offered a similar model printer that they had in the shop. It was a newer model of the printer I brought in, and I was told it was fully functioning, so I accepted the offer and paid the $530 owed for the other machine's repair. Upon use of the printer, the networking was not working, despite them telling me it worked just like the one I brought in. That meant my office could not print through the network, only through USB connection, hence making the printer virtually unusable. Upon calling them back, they refused to buy/take it back. So I basically spent $530 to have my original printer broken, and replaced with an even less functional printer. Not only was my time and money wasted, but I was also lied to. An extremely regretful experience with deceitful people.

We needed someone to repair our Panasonic S3065C scanner and chose Southeast Laser. The technician…read morecame out promptly, but only spent about 20 minutes looking at our scanner and said it was fixed. We were charged $75. The next day it failed again and we had another group check it out - they reported that the scanner was full of dust and had a broken sensor, apparently Southeast Laser didn't open it up or do any troubleshooting. I contacted the company to discuss the bill and received the following: "Sorry about problem.We send our tech just cleaning up feed roller and outside then also spray inside not repair any part why you said that repair fee, because that days you call scanner it working nothing happen and also we text before tech leaving you office. if have question call ours tech then we can explain to you." I'm not entirely sure what is being communicated here but their invoice clearly indicates "repair of scanner" which they didn't do. Not recommended
