He's supposed to be the specialist and asking me more stupid questions about the condition of my foot when I just told him. I'm like that's why I'm here. Why don't you order the MRI and do the necessary procedures to find the problem?? He's clearly a bandaid "doctor" who has no knowledge in researching medical problems. His attitude was so poor, I asked if he was having a good day because I didn't want him to touch me with his nasty attitude. He took off his gloves and walked out of the room and I was right behind him. He's a VERY NASTY NEONATE OF A MAN and has an ugly personality to match his face. AGAIN!!! Stay away from this jerk. They act like they've seen a million feet and there's nothing I am going to do that is going to throw off the universe. It is comforting. At the new location on Houma, they have a private parking lot - no more street parking, an attractively furnished waiting room (though I rarely wait longer than 10 min) and the exam rooms are neat and clean. The bookkeeping on my account has always been correct. The procedures? Well, they're uncomfortable, but so is the condition. Ingrown toenails are unsightly and they hurt, but Dr. Kaddish believes in LOTS of novocaine/lidocaine. He attempts to divert you from the shot with chat, which does help. His bedside manner is calming - no hysterics - and he works quickly. If you have to have your feet worked on, this is the place to go.

There was a 2 second pause, then his response to me was, "well, apparently the Dr didn't get it." OK, Thank you....I hung up. 1st of all, YOU chose this profession; don't be rude. 2nd, clearly the Dr. didn't get the request...that's why I'm calling. When a potential client makes mention of a call that hasn't been answered or a request that's received no feedback, that's a moment to fix what could potentially hurt the business or practice. Unfortunately, customer service is the piece of the puzzle that's missing in this case and as I'm sure this is not a reflection of Dr. Panepinto's bedside manner, it is a reflection of the type of individuals he has working for him.

I am very thankful that I have a doctor who takes my wishes into consideration. Dr. Lang us a master of his discipline and has an excellent patient service acumen. He is busy, I get it, I am still offered a private waiting room every time, within moments of arriving. I can sit down, kick back and relax without the awkwardness of a communal. waiting area. His rest rooms have the nicest soap and the zen like accents are well thought out. I am glad I can hit the mezuzah for some spirituality too.
