Worst experience EVER! Ordered food at the main counter and wasn't advised that I had to go another counter in the back to pick it up. Package sealed good job at that but when I got home to open up the bag. Half the order is missing and the other half is basically burnt to a crisp and not fresh. I couldn't believe it. Tried calling the store bc they were not near my location and a little bit of a drive to advise of this disaster and nobody answered after numerous calls. I would not suggest anyone ever go to this location and I love Panera but looks like I'm going to have to switch to McAlister's as they have currently not screwed up my order. So disappointed in this store. It had already taken almost 30 minutes to get the food and their was barely anyone in the restaurant. Bad business Panera! I wish I could give 0 stars. Smh read more

This location, as well as other Panera locations in the area, have all decided not to make enough bagels to get past NOON on any day they're open anymore. In addition to that, the staff at this location spend most of their time talking to each other and goofing off than they do paying attention to the details on orders, cleaning the restaurant, keeping the coffee carafs full, or serving customers. Also, don't ever expect a fair and adequate amount of chicken in your salad or for your to-go soup containers to actually be full. read more

Worst Panera in the area. I will drive out of my way to visit the location by the hospital or on East-West connector. This location is super slow and cannot follow simple order directions. Panera is hit or miss for me. There are certain things I can order that I'm always satisfied with like the Power Breakfast Sandwich, Tomato Soup or bagels but when I venture into sandwiches and salads it gets a little sketchy. Salads are too cold and taste like they were unthawed. Sandwiches are either too dry, not flavorful enough or don't have enough meat. I love all their soups, bagels and pretty much every bagel they serve (always fresh and you don't have to toast them). Baked goods and coffee is usually delicious and tasty too. Customer service deserves all 5's - good training shows. Staff is always welcoming, informed about the menu items and ready to fix any error without a fuss. The restaurant is always busy with families, couples, students and business people seemingly the casual ambiance and food. I recommend Panera when you need snack, some coffee or a quick bite to eat for any meal. read more

This Panera operates in a way so that you have to wait for a bagel. With a toddler, waiting for someone in the kitchen to make it can seem like an eternity. I visited 7/26 at 9:25am and waited 10 minutes to get 2 bagels sliced and toasted to go. When I got the order finally, the bagels were luke warm. I live about 5 minutes from this Panera, and will continue driving 20 minutes out of my way to go to the one on Cobb. I would have left a review directly to the company, but their receipts don't have this option. I also would have let someone know, but the only workers I saw were the one cashier and one kitchen worker. The coffee was out as well as the half and half, and the location was not clean (trash in counter and floor, dirty tables, etc). I know more people work there than what I saw.... read more

As I write this review, I have one of the employees sitting alone at a table next to me which is intended for 4, as shes being loud with the other team members behind the counter. My sticky table seems to have me stuck here for this circus! The food was not good. Soup was cold as was the Mac and cheese. We ordered a turkey avocado and from the photo attached, it's clear this is FRESH FOOD! $30 for cold food which would have failed any inspection. It is gross here! I love Panera Bread....great coffee, great soups and bread and sandwiches and salads. I especially love the rewards program! Kudos to Panera on that one. Occasionally this location runs out of coffee and you have to wait while they brew some, which, is okay, unless you are trying to get coffee while on the run. The employees here are very friendly and always helpful when we have to look up ingerdients for my daughter, who has a tree nut allergy. Even my hubby, who thought he didn't like coffee/soup/sandwich shops found a few things here that he really likes. read more

Check Number 536191 on April 24, 2018 I placed my order at 7:48 pm. I picked up my food once the buzzer went off. I went home and noticed I did not have my entire order. I call ASAP to speak to the manager. She notified me to come and pick up the order and a free sandwich was on her based on my experience. At first, I was ok with the response. I arrived to location and my food was not ready. I waited and the customer service said it would not take long. I was in disbelief of the comment. On top of how no one apologize for not having my sandwich ready. Then, I someone asked if I required help. I told the person, I am here to pick up my sandwich, which was missing from my order. She did offer a free bakery item. At this point, I so mad...I want a refund for my time and waiting for the food. I finally get home... realized my lentil bowl has no broth. Before I decided to leave a review of the restaurant I wanted to visit for at least 1 week straight. I am self employed and sometimes I get into the mood of getting out for lunch in lieu of staying at home. The thing that stood out the most ( not sure of others) is I find it very unkempt. There should be a staff member on the floor at all times constantly sweeping with a roller broom to remove debri from the carpet. The tables are never cleaned between patrons. I've never visited Panera and didn't have to take a wet wipe from my purse to clean the table. There is always food in the chairs as well. the worse part of it all, is having to look at dirty trays and flatware over the garbage cans. This is gross! The staff should remove the dishes from the tables. This would prompt them to clean the tables afterwards. Panera, please get rid of the dishes over the trash can please. The wifi works great and this allows me to get work done, while I have lunch. However a few more outlets would suffice. This is a place where professionals meet for lunch. read more

We seldom come here but when we do it is always to go and it's typically on a Sunday. I know mistakes are made but really?! Just visited this location. 3pm on a Thursday. Not real busy at all. I stood at counter for 2 minutes before even being acknowledged. The tall gentleman who helped me was very matter of fact. No friendliness, nothing. I ordered a pepperoni Flatbread. Was quickly told that there was no pepperoni. The restaurant was filthy! Almost every table was dirty. Horrible customer service. We ordered delivery and an item was missing. We called the restaurant and assumed they would offer to send the missing item or credit us. They offered neither. They said they could not credit just one item in an order (which sounds like they must have an odd system), and they did not offer to send another. Instead, they said we could call back another day and order the missing item as a replacement. Admittedly, it's just one item in one meal, so it's not a huge issue, but we were surprised by the lack of caring customer service. read more

I frequently eat at this Panera location, usually once per week or more. Despite giving a low rating, I will likely continue to frequent this restaurant, due to caliber of food, but the management really needs to make some changes. Here is my experience: 1) Disengaged Staff- Many of the employees are grouchy, unhelpful, and downright rude. The cashiers seem overwhelmed and act bothered to take your order. No one ever offers to help me bring my food to the table when they clearly see that I (one person) am attempting to bring my meal + 3 kids meals to my seat. 2) Unorganized Flow- This restaurant gets very crowded. Why should someone who has placed a phone-in order (that is already complete, I might add) have to stand in line behind 50 people, who have not placed orders yet, simply to pay. To-Go orders should be picked up at the smoothie station and then walked to the next free register to pay. Also, the drink station is at the very back of the restaurant, when most of the seating is in the front. This leads to a very over-stimulating feeling when having to travel through folks in line, folks waiting for food, and folks walking to their tables with food simply to fill/refill one's drink. A second drink station seems like a no-brainer. 3) Dirty- Tables are practically never cleaned between patrons. 4) Poor value- The kids meals do not come w/ drinks and the portions are small. These 4 problems would be easy to remedy and would make for a much more pleasant dining experience. I love Panera Bread, but this particular location has a real quality control problem, specifically with their drinks. I pay for their drink club subscription, and I like going by Panera to get a soda or coffee sometimes. This location is terrible with their beverages. The sodas are regularly watered down and flat. Every single time I've been to this location, the soda is undrinkable. Also, the coffee is basically never hot unless I ask someone in the restaurant to brew some more. The iced coffee is also usually watered down as well. When I'm dropping in to quickly grab a drink, I don't want to sit around and wait 15 minutes for hot coffee when they should be checking that on their own. Also, this location is super slow with to-go orders. I'm always left waiting around for my to-go order to be finished, which kinda defeats the point of ordering ahead. Avoid this location if you can and don't buy a drink here. It's pretty embarrassing that a restaurant that advertises a "drink club" can't even keep the coffee hot or properly serve fountain drinks. Go to the location on Cobb Parkway instead. They're much better over there. read more

Came here for lunch to take advantage of $2.00 off email I received with my Panera card. Man, is this place ever crowded for lunch. The line was all the way to the door, and if you know where the cash registers are in this location, that means a really long line. But I decided to wait it out, and the line moved quickly because they had someone at every register (unlike a certain Chick Fil-a location I reviewed last week). This place clearly can handle a big crowd. Ordered the pick two with my discount. Got the Chipotle chicken panini and a cup of the low calorie chicken soup. The half sandwich was more than enough. Very tasty, but probably not very healthy with all that great tasting cheese on there. The chicken noodle soup is a 80 calorie choice, and as to be expected, very boring and bland. The soup is barely more than water, and so thin one can't help but spill it everywhere. I have to remember its 80 calories only. I like Panera and should come more often. I don't like that you have to throw away your own food and place the plates in a dish tub upon leaving. That's my only complaint. read more

This place is awesome! For b'fast I love the egg soufflés,muffin tops & choc croissants. Later in the day their paninis are great, as is the soup-and-a-half. I typically get their tomato soup - w/ croutons & grated Parmesan on the top, & add that to either a half caesar salad or a chicken salad croissant.
