He found all the underlying issues, ordered the exact right parts, and explained everything to me step-by-step as he worked. He is extremely efficient and super thorough in everything he touches. Recently, I wanted to get the boat in absolute top shape to sell it. James came out, went through the entire boat, and did complete maintenance on the OptiMax 250. Because the boat had sat in a garage for almost a year and a half before hitting the water again, there were inevitably a few hidden gremlins that popped up right around the sale. This is where James's customer service truly shines. Not only was he incredibly understanding, but he immediately helped troubleshoot one issue via a phone walk-through. Even after the buyer took the boat and found a couple more things, James adjusted his busy schedule to make sure the boat was taken care of for the new owner.
