I was told by the mechanic, who seems to be a really decent guy the boat would be ready today(second time). I walked in today and I asked the owners wife when I could get it and questioned why so long. Her exact response was " It will be ready when we call you and tell you its ready". Now I am really concerned if its not right when I do get it back what happens. I can't imagine talking to one of my customers that way.

We stayed in the Port Hudson Marina for about 8 months until we were able to secure a slip at Pete's Pier in Crystal River. There are actually two marinas there; Hudson Marina and Port Hudson Marina. Our experience at Port Hudson was fantastic! Wonderful, helpful and friendly people made us feel welcome and cared for. Ralph the marina manager made sure we had what we needed, and was always friendly and helpful. When Idalia was coming, everyone at the marina made sure all boats were cross tied so that none of the boats would be crashing into anything during the storm. All of our needs were met with a friendly helpful response without exception. We are fairly new boat owners with a large boat, and everyone was so helpful and supportive! We highly recommend Port of Hudson Marina!

First of all, this was a very big job as there were 20+ cushions, seats, side-panels and engine cover that had to be removed from the boat and reupholstered. As such, it was a complex job versus a bass/bay fishing boat. The quality of the work was exceptional, the total price was much less than other shops and the amount of time to complete the job was, I would argue, "best in class". Additionally, Tristin cares passionately about the customer experience and was a pleasure to work with during the project. He kept me updated throughout the job and even gave me some smart suggestions throughout that made the boat look even better than what I originally asked for.
