Well this time I'm actually following through, because Capri was/is a godsend. She came into our lives at a time when we were pretty hopeless about selling our Philly house. The only reason we tried again is because of Capri-magic. She calmed us, coached us and called us through the whole process. She never lied to us about our prospects, but also gave us enough hope to keep pressing forward. We ended up with an offer better than we could of imagined. Capri was probably happier than we were; that's how invested she was in making it work. Thank you Capri and team. Because of this miracle, my wife and I are in a better place to have a family.
