The Dry Cleaning Station is a family run cleaners in Lincoln who provide excellent service…read more Whether I need suits pressed, shirts laundered or specialty items like polyester track jackets cleaned, they can tackle it all. Plus, the service is very prompt. If you drop off on a Monday you can expect your order to be done by Wednesday or Thursday (depending on the size of your order). You can always ask for rush service but I have never needed to because they regularly scheduled service is so consistent. There are other cleaners that are just a bit cheaper and closer to my home but I would not do business with them because the level of service and quality cleaning at Dry Cleaning Station far out weighs the few bucks I would save. You cannot put a price tag on trust and I trust Dry Cleaning Station. Not only do they do clothes but they also do comforters and upholstery items so they are truly and one stop shop for cleaning needs. Check them out. You won't be disappointed!

i'd give negative stars if i could. horrible, dishonest. sickening…read more vastly overcharged me for laundering and folding 5 pair of scrub pants (weigh literally 2lbs, total). every single conversation with them, or voicemail, or text, they changed their story on how they charge, what they charge, what my items weighed. first, they changed prices on laundering and folding; originally said $1.75 per pound; later conversation, they said that's the old pricing, it's really $1.95 per pound. next conversation, "there's a $10 minimum". they said they'd wash and fold, and inspect each item, and if dry cleaning were needed, they'd add that. still folding, not pressing. i delivered the items, and the lady at the desk says my instructions were too complicated so the pants would likely not be folded right (i wanted them folded with the crease in the front) ??too complicated? i get home, and the ticket says that the wash and fold would total $35!! ie $7 per item!!!. i call and leave a message saying my items are by the pound, leave a text with the same message. total cannot be $7 per item next: i go to pick up the items (should be $10 max), and the price is over 23$ ??? the guy at the desk argues that there is no such thing as by the pound!! he's literally arguing! then he changes his argument: he says the charge is high because the manager decided to charge me half-way between the correct price of $10 and the wrong price of $35 ???? and he insists the items are twelve pounds. i asked if i could weigh them right then and there, and he says we can't weigh them, we have no scales. i went to hyvee, who weighed the items on their mail scale, and it came to 2lbs, 5.6oz (after tlc put items in plastic bags, so pants, alone, weighed less). i go back to tlc. i told him i'd go to the other tlc and weigh it. he argues that the person at the other store --can't weigh them--- because she doesn't know where the scale is. ??? he's lying so fast, it's sickening. i leave another message for the manager. she calls and says that there really isn't a $10 minimum. it's actually a 6pound minimum. ??? what???? even if that's correct, doesn't explain 23$!!! so she says well, we had to dry clean an item because one of the items had a stain, that does not explain claiming the items are twelve pounds. she says well, we must dry clean everything if we dry clean one item in the order!! therefore, the 6 pounds was doubled to 12 pounds!! then she calculates something, -makes no sense- and says ok, we will give you 3$ credit on your next order. my next order? you think i'm coming back??

Don't leave your laundry unattended. I needed to wash large items like mattress pads, blankets,…read moreetc. This layout is poor and has the large washers on one side and the smaller ones on the other, so you can't keep an eye on all the washers you have running. Because the soap quantity the attendant advised me to use (I seldom use large capacity washers) created so many suds, I had to run the mattress pad a second time without soap to get rid of the residue...another $10. I could have dropped it off and had it cleaned cheaper. I had not checked on the smaller washer right away. When I did, I noticed there were no other washers running on that side. However, a man I observed lounging around previously, had a cart next to my washer and when I approached my machine, he quickly turned away and left. I never saw him come in so don't know if he even had clothes to wash. The attendant stays in the back room so never sees who comes in or is in the laundromat. She should. It would serve as a deterrent for anyone entering with no clothes to wash. As far as the functionality of the laundromat, I find that you have to pay for extended spin to properly remove excessive water from your laundry. Otherwise, you will be spending the money on drying which results in clothes shrinking.

Our family is new to the area and we are still in the process of moving. We had some larger items…read moreto wash (like comforters) and needed them done today. Highly recommend Wash World, here's why... Firstly, customer service was impeccable. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, and patient explaining how to use the machines. You can bring cash up to $20 bills and use the quarters to pay, OR, you can download the "FasCard" app and electronically upload money onto the app, then scan the QR codes on the machines. Their largest machine holds 13 loads of laundry which costs $22.50 (gigantic - it's like 8ft tall), and the smallest machine holds 2 loads which is $3. You can toggle the water between cold and hot. The dryers come in 3 sizes: $1.50/$1.75/$3 per 15 minutes. I don't encourage bringing large bills because they may not be able to break anything larger than a $20 bill. Now! Onto the environment. I came a littler later on in the day around 5-7pm, and it was immaculate. The staff are constantly cleaning, sanitizing the tables, and smells really good. They have like 7 TV's playing, so you'll always have something to watch. The WiFi is really great - we were able to watch a movie with no lag. The bathrooms are extremely clean and I didn't feel like I had to "watch over my shoulder" the whole time we were there. All in all, 10/10!
