Their selection is amazingly consistent and stands out from the other shops around them trying to push cheap bud that turns out to be only one selection and dry. Was told it was 23% and it was grown indoors. Smoking this is like smoking cbd. VERY Disappointing product. Why has the quality gone down. This place has been going downhill for a long time. Staff don't know their product, nor how to be polite to customers. A lot of products are on low shelves where customers can't read labels. They have a 12 year old with a gun hovering outside as "protection", who is more likely to cause harm than prevent it. Their computer is down half the time, and they let bad jumpy dogs into their store - because Portland. There are 1,000 other places to buy pot around here. These jerks aren't getting any more of my money. read more

We arrived right at closing hoping to be let in. We knew there was a slim chance of that. After 2 seconds of my boyfriend being at the door the "owner" as he claimed to be got out of his car and proceeded to tell my boyfriend he was "harassing" his employees. He had literally just gotten to the door and pulled on it before being approached. In no way did he harrass anyone nor would he ever. The "owner" was so aggressive to the point I had to get out of my car because he was threatening to fight my boyfriend??? He also called him a "drunk faggot". We were not drunk in the slightest nor do we appreciate any type of slur thrown at us. They'll never get our business. Wish I could put NO stars. read more

It does wonders for a business to treat customers with care, especially at a weed shop. When I've gone before I've been treated with care here, which is what the two stars are for. This most recent time I went in for a $100 oz deal, and asked if I could split, as I had before, and the worker told me no. That the deal for that is on Thursdays. So because I'm paying more for the ounce I can't split it ..... it just doesn't make good business sense by any means. The workers who help the customers deserve to be rewarded too, because they're the reason people come back. read more

It's so sad that this is considered my local weed shop. The shop is always clean. And that's about it. If you know you like a particular strain or indica/sativa and they don't have it they will lie and say one fits the bill when it doesn't, just to get you to buy stuff. When I questioned one of the tenders about one he told me indica/sativa doesn't actually matter and it was all in my head. Uh ok? Last time I went I got some pre-rolls. Just before the tender grabbed my rolls he ducked into the back and I thought it was notable, but not much else. When I got home I saw one of the rolls was half smoked already. I didn't even bother trying to bring it back because of the dude bro aggro attitudes of the tenders. If my preferring a type of weed is all in my head, I'm sure they would tell me I smoked the joint and receiving bs in my product is all in my head too. It's a disappointing place. read more

I wish I could leave zero starts. The staff is uneducated and sells the wrong products to customers and then won't take returns/exchanges or provide any kind of follow up service... so that's $17 down the drain in a time when I have no income. All of their weed is under 5% THC and you'd think it'd be high in CBD but nope. It is embarrassing for them to even have their doors open. The last time I walked in and was waiting to buy something, I wanted to sign up for points and the lady asked in a very rude tone "Are you going to buy something?" So I just left.
