I feel as though I have to urge everyone that is considering seeing this doctor, if you care about your health at all PLEASE do not go here. During the year or so that I saw this doctor, he never once set me up on my MS maintenance medication, despite multiple requests. He also could be heard from the waiting room several times yelling at and belittling his staff, who for obvious reasons seemed to have a high turnover rate. Also, for every appointment I had, I was in the waiting room for a minimum of 30 minutes each time. There were also several times when they would call either the day before or even the day of my appointment saying they had to reschedule me. The last straw for me was after I left crying one day because of multiple attempts to have him fill out paperwork for me so that I could return to work after I had a seizure at work, and although he told me verbally that I was cleared to go back, it took me TWO MONTHS to have him fill out paperwork for my job to have saying that I could go back, basically I was days away from being let go because my short term disability had almost run out by the time he finally did it, and only after me calling every day for 2 weeks and then showing up in the office explaining my situation and how badly I needed it done (to which the miserable office manager said well I don't know what to tell you, you'll just have to wait). The doctor himself refused to speak with me face to face about it, and once I finally got the paperwork I needed I immediately set up an appointment with a different neurologist. Oh and by the way, regardless of me again calling many days in a row as well as my new doctor's office calling, they never sent my medical records to my new neurologist. Please do not go see this doctor if you're considering it.

Dr. Teano and his staff are the best in the world!…read more I come from Delaware to the his office because you don't find any other doctor's office that takes the time to deal with you and just you. They do not rush you in and out of hte office. Dr. Teano will spend as much time with you as is necessary. He actually listens to you. His staff is both friendly and courteous and always willing to go that extra mile to see that you get what you need. I will NEVER CHANGE PHYSICIANS. Dr. Teano has a patient for life. I love them all.

First I'm only giving 3 stars because of the way my 87 year old mother was treated...my mom has…read morebeen going to Dr Szeto for quite sometime and over the years it's been the same thing...appointment is at 10...she waits for a good 15 minutes after being weighed and blood pressure taken...then they ask her to go back in the waiting room...why?? Well because Dr Szeto is not yet in the building!!!! Why would you schedule people to see a doctor and the doctor is not there "yet" every time my mother has had an appointment...even the time I went with her she had to wait long past the appointment time...I found my mother another PCP...a person should be able to reach their PCP or at least return a patient's phone calls ...all the folks that stated that they were in and out in 15 minutes I'm glad for you trysts the way it should go. I'm not holding only the Dr responsible because the office staff sets the bar for how the office is ran to make sure the doctor is on point. They missed the mark...And then they told my mom TODAY that Dr Szeto is no longer private she now works for someone else....the letter was dated Jan 3, 2022
